Wonderful place, excellent staff, everything as agreed, everyone was extremely attentive, very polite, ready to assist in any situation, we were very well attended from telephone service, stay, reception and staff, I had the pleasure of meeting everyone and I will always return, we had a beautiful experience and our best new year's eve, we'll be back for sure and recommend it to everyone ?

Ficamos em quarto simples pois as suítes estavam locadas, banheiro feminino e masculino são separados, local bem limpinho

I just loved it!!!! I went with my son, my mother, my grandmother and my godparents and we were super well taken care of, a quiet and cozy place, you just feel at home!
We stayed in a single room because the suites were leased, women's and men's bathrooms are separate, very clean place
Loved the experience!!! I will come back more often

I loved everything it was perfect, super nice place staff that for me are now part of the family... I didn't even want to go back kkkkkk the New Year's Eve was wonderful live music the courtesy supper was excellent, we made friends with almost everyone at the inn only I have one thing to say... the best thing we did was to have booked with you, my 2022 started wonderful thank you for the stays... I will be back

I have stayed previously in this hostel where we made friends with the owner, regrettable now when we went again there was no vacancy but more regrettable and having the news that the owner Marcos passed away !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora a proprietária tenha informado que o ambiente é familiar, e de fato durante a estadia só houvesse família, o sossego para o descanso noturno ficou totalmente prejudicado. Não bastasse o som na piscina em altura excessiva durante todo o dia, o mesmo se estendia durante toda a noite e parte da madrugada. Detalhe: havia placa na piscina que o som era permitido somente até às 22h. Todavia, não houve qualquer gerenciamento neste sentido.
Além disso, segundo a informação da proprietária o café da manhã era servido entre às 08h e 10h da manhã. O café nunca foi servido antes das 09h. Em que pese o café da manhã ser uma "cortesia" (pagamos a diária bem cara por ser réveillon), regras devem ser seguidas para melhor organização do ambiente.
De fato o local é limpo, o que é ponto positivo. Também, apesar de não ter variedade, o que é posto no café da manhã é servido à vontade.
Todavia, no que se refere ao estabelecimento e cumprimento de normas para melhor convivência no hostel, não foi tutelado pelo responsável pelo estabelecimento. Creio que este seja um ponto de melhoria a ser colocado em prática. Ou, se é do estilo do estabelecimento ser um hostel mais liberal (quando alugamos o local foi anunciado como hostel / pousada e não pq é hostel as regras não devem ser observadas), então que seja informada tal característica ao cliente para que ele decida se reservará ou não um quarto, e não seja pego de surpresa.
Eu e a minha família ficamos numa suíte.
Although the owner informed that the environment is familiar, and in fact during the stay there was only family, the peace for the night rest was totally impaired. As if the sound in the pool at excessive height throughout the day was not enough, it continued throughout the night and part of the night. Detail: there was a sign in the pool that the sound was only allowed until 10 pm. However, there was no management in this regard.
Furthermore, according to the information provided by the owner, breakfast was served between 08:00 and 10:00 in the morning. Coffee was never served before 9am. Although breakfast is a "complimentary" (we pay a very expensive daily rate because it is New Year's Eve), rules must be followed to better organize the environment.
In fact the place is clean, which is a positive point. Also, despite not having variety, what is served for breakfast is served freely.
However, with regard to the establishment and compliance with rules for better coexistence in the hostel, he was not supervised by the person responsible for the establishment. I believe this is a point of improvement to be put into practice. Or, if it is the style of the establishment to be a more liberal hostel (when we rent the place it was advertised as a hostel / hostel and not because it is a hostel, the rules must not be observed), then inform the customer of this characteristic so that he can decide if whether or not you book a room, and don't be taken by surprise.
