Custo benefício excelente, com quartos confortáveis, possuindo ar, televisão e banheiros com chuveiro elétrico, além de café da manhã. Os donos (Geovana e Devair) são ótimas pessoas e muito solícitos, fazendo o possível para tornar a hospedagem ainda melhor e agradável, repassando também todas as informações possíveis sobre os passeios e como chegar aos locais. Quando voltar ao Jalapão ficaria aqui novamente e recomendo para todos como ótima opção. São 5 estrelas mais que merecidas.
Great hostel to get to know Jalapão, located in the center of Mateiros. Excellent value for money, with comfortable rooms, air conditioning, television and bathrooms with electric shower, as well as breakfast. The owners (Geovana and Devair) are great people and very helpful, doing everything possible to make the accommodation even better and more pleasant, also going over all possible information about the tours and how to get to the places. When I return to Jalapão I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone as a great option. They are 5 stars more than deserved.

Meu quarto e banheiro não tinham janela e estavam com cheiro forte de produto químico.
Banheiro sem box ou cortina, sem suporte para shampoo.
Clean but bad structure. Good breakfast with helpful staff.
My bedroom and bathroom had no window and smelled strongly of chemicals.
Bathroom without shower box or curtain, without shampoo support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários muito simpáticos, ótimo atendimento, deram dicas de passeios e caminhos para seguir viagem, segunda vez que fomos no jalapão e não conhecíamos muito. Aconselho ficarem nessa pousada, só acho que deveriam servir o café um pouco mais cedo (ex: 7), pois é servido 7:30 e acabamos perdendo um bom tempo de passeio.
Very friendly staff, great service, they gave tips on tours and ways to continue our journey, the second time we went to the jalapão and we didn't know much. I advise you to stay at this inn, I just think they should serve breakfast a little earlier (ex: 7), as it is served at 7:30 and we end up wasting a good deal of time on the tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São novos, tem muito a melhorar. Detetizar é importante, não é tolerável certos tipos de insetos no quarto. O Odor ao entrar no lugar estava péssimo. Os lençóis com manchas, A Ducha mau instalada, tudo torto, com míseros pingos de água para o banho. As cobertas (tipo pelúcia) devem ser substituídas por edredons, são mais higiênicos e fáceis de lavar e secar no mesmo dia.
Peço desculpas pelos apontamentos. E torço para que melhorem.
They are new, have a lot to improve. Detecting is important, certain types of insects in the room are not tolerable. The odor when entering the place was terrible. The sheets were stained, the shower was not installed, everything was crooked, with a few drops of water for the shower. Covers (plush type) should be replaced by duvets, they are more hygienic and easier to wash and dry on the same day.
I apologize for the notes. And I hope they get better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pena que o casal não considere os pontos a melhorar e confudiu higiene com luxo. Ficamos em outras pousadas simples e todas com otimas avaliações. Pq tinham higiene. Barata não é aceitavel. Chuveiro dando choque e sem agua não é aceitavel. As fotos não representam a realidade do local. Quanto fechamos pacote de exepdição não temos oportunidade de conhecer as pousadas antes e não somos informados do valor. A reclamação foi feita na hora ao proprietario que nada fez. Por isso a formalização agora publica para voces terem a chance de melhorar. Para ter Ouro e preciso tirar o couro antes. Não julge nossa vida pessoal. A reclamação não é pessoal. É sobre a pousada.

Cheap is not acceptable. Shower giving shock and without water is not acceptable. The photos do not represent the reality of the place. When we close the expedition package, we do not have the opportunity to know the inns beforehand and we are not informed of the value. The complaint was made immediately to the owner who did nothing.
