Certas pessoas não tem escolha e tem que ficar no local, infelizmente. Mas não é justo fazer ninguem passar por isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prós: Pousada bem familiar, atendimento excelente, café da manhã muito bom. Quarto standard com cama confortável, bem limpo e silêncio a noite. Contras: 1) banheiro: pequeno, mal iluminado, espelho pequeno e baixo. 2) localização: a cerca de 900m do quadrado, acesso por carro é bem difícil devido às péssimas condições das ruas, é preciso realizar uma volta grande para não cair nas ruas de terra.
Pros: Very familiar hostel, excellent service, very good breakfast. Standard room with comfortable bed, very clean and quiet at night. Cons: 1) bathroom: small, poorly lit, small and low mirror. 2) location: about 900m from the square, access by car is very difficult due to the bad conditions of the streets, you have to make a big turn to avoid falling into the dirt streets.

O café da tem várias opções e as meninas são muito atenciosas!
Só acho que poderia melhorar a recepção, estávamos sem carro e sentimos falta de dicas de algum gerente sobre a região e passeios… Para quem não conhece e está a pé isso é bem ruim.. fora isso, recomendo!!
The room is very big, comfortable and the service from the staff is very good!
Café da has several options and the girls are very attentive!
I just think the reception could improve, we didn't have a car and we missed some tips from a manager about the region and tours… For those who don't know and are on foot this is pretty bad.. other than that, I recommend it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo relacionamento com o cliente. Reservei três diárias nessa pousada mas tive um imprevisto e tive que cancelar a viagem. Liguei para eles para explicar a situação e negociar um reembolso do valor pago (ainda que parcial) e a pousada foi completamente intransigente, afirmando que não iriam devolver os valores pois essa era a política deles e que eu teria que arcar com o prejuízo. No Booking a hospedagem encontrava-se completamente esgotada já para o período da minha reserva. Ou seja, facilmente eles conseguiriam outro cliente para ocupar o quarto, pois estamos falando da alta estação, verão, em Trancoso, cidade extremamente turística. Pedi para falar diretamente com o proprietário e ele sequer autorizou o funcionário a passar o contato e informou que não haveria reembolso do valor por ser a política deles. Acho lamentável que uma Pousada que se digne a lidar com turistas numa localização tão turística e receptiva como Trancoso não ter o mínimo de empatia com um cliente e ajudá-lo da melhor forma possível, mesmo que não fosse o reembolso integral. Não se dispuseram nem a ofertar o quarto novamente no Booking para tentar achar outro hóspede para ocupar minha vaga. Lamentável. Quem lida com turista precisa ser mais flexível e solícito às demandas. Mudei-me recentemente para uma cidade próxima de Trancoso, poderia facilmente ter virado um cliente frequente e fiel da Pousada se soubesse ter tratado meu problema da forma mais adequada. Agora infelizmente não me hospedarei nunca neste estabelecimento e não recomendarei para nenhum amigo ou conhecido que esteja pensando em se hospedar nela. Lamentável a postura.
Bad relationship with the customer. I booked three nights at this inn but I had an unforeseen event and had to cancel the trip. I called them to explain the situation and negotiate a refund of the amount paid (albeit partial) and the hostel was completely uncompromising, stating that they would not return the amounts because that was their policy and that I would have to bear the loss. On Booking, the accommodation was completely sold out for the period of my reservation. That is, they would easily get another client to occupy the room, as we are talking about the high season, summer, in Trancoso, an extremely touristy city. I asked to speak directly with the owner and he did not even authorize the employee to pass on the contact and informed that there would be no refund of the amount as it is their policy. I find it regrettable that a Pousada that deigns to deal with tourists in such a touristy and receptive location as Trancoso does not have the slightest empathy with a customer and help them in the best way possible, even if it was not a full refund. They weren't even willing to offer the room again on Booking to try to find another guest to fill my spot. Unfortunate. Those who deal with tourists need to be more flexible and responsive to demands. I recently moved to a town close to Trancoso, I could easily have become a frequent and loyal guest of the Pousada if I knew how to deal with my problem in the most appropriate way. Now unfortunately I will never stay at this establishment and I will not recommend it to any friend or acquaintance who is thinking of staying there. Disappointing posture.

a pousada surpreende desde a chegada até a partida.
na chegada o quarto está fresquinho e cheiroso.
a dona Marlene nos recebe como filhos...
o conforto da cama é surreal e o café da manha surpreende com a mesa posta cheia de detalhes.
TOODOS os funcionarios da pousada são muito atenciosos e prestativos.
todos muito preocupados em transformar nossas ferias em um verdadeiro deleite.
a piscina é uma delicia e a banheira sempre limpa e impecavel(é bm dificil manter limpa por causa do protetor solar do corpo que acumula uma gordura na borda)
não temos absolutamente nada para reclamar dessa pousada,
ela realmente entrega pelo menos 5x mais do que o valor cobrado.

Upon arrival the room is fresh and fragrant.
Marlene welcomes us like her children...
the comfort of the bed is surreal and the breakfast surprises with the table set full of details.
ALL the staff at the inn are very attentive and helpful.
all very concerned with transforming our vacations into a real delight.
the pool is a delight and the bathtub is always clean and impeccable (it is very difficult to keep it clean because of the sunscreen on the body that accumulates fat on the edge)
we have absolutely nothing to complain about this inn,
it actually delivers at least 5x more than the amount charged.
