Excellent customer service, breakfast with plenty of variety for various tastes, swimming pool always clean, and excellent to use, parking inside and outside the inn, close to the center and restaurants I recommend !!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bonito, aconchegante, bem localizado, funcionários super prestativos e educados. Ótimo café da manhã. Piscina linda. Colchão maravilhoso. O chuveiro só tem opção de água morna e quente mas fria não. Qdo está muito calor faz falta a água fria. A Cuba da pia do banheiro é super pequena então ao usar acaba molhando tudo no entorno.
Beautiful place, cozy, well located, super helpful and polite staff. Great breakfast. Beautiful pool. Wonderful mattress. The shower only has warm and hot water option but not cold. When it is very hot, cold water is needed. The basin of the bathroom sink is super small so when using it ends up wetting everything around it.

Pontos positivos: limpeza;
Café da manhã;
Custo ( preço justo).
Pontos negativos: muito barulho dos hóspedes ( falta organização nesse sentido) crianças gritando o tempo todo , até tarde. Se o objetivo do hospede é descansar, esqueça, impossível dormir ou cochilar antes das 22/ 23h, as crianças também tomam posse da piscina, tornando impossível a utilização da mesma , além disso ficam mergulhando podendo atingir alguém que esteja na água.;
Estacionamento. Há linhas demarcando vagas, porém há ( e muitos) hóspedes mal educados que " queimam essas faixas e ocupam duas vagas. Não há vaga para todos em caso de lotação do hotel. A gerência deveria melhorar e monitorar o estacionamento.
We stayed four days during the month of January (high season).
Positives: cleanliness;
Breakfast;
Cost (fair price).
Negative points: a lot of noise from guests (lack of organization in that sense) children screaming all the time, until late. If the guest's goal is to rest, forget it, it's impossible to sleep or nap before 10pm/11pm, children also take possession of the pool, making it impossible to use it, in addition they are diving and can hit someone who is in the water.;
Parking. There are lines demarcating spaces, but there are (and many) rude guests who " burn these lanes and occupy two spaces. There is not enough space for everyone in case of full capacity. The management should improve and monitor the parking lot.

Ficamos todos surpreendidos com o excelente atendimento dos funcionários, limpeza e organização das suites, localização da pousada, café da manhã delicioso e piscina maravilhosa. Ficamos encantados, realmente!
Uma observação negativa: quartos do fundo da pousada com mto pernilongos, mas nada q um veneno não resolveu!
Acreditem: esqueci uma blusinha no quarto e ele me enviaram por Sedex, sem eu nem solicitar! Atenção com o hóspede fora d série... Fui, voltarei e já indiquei pra outros amigos!
We booked for the location, services provided and price exclusively by recommendation posted on the internet, I indicated to other 10 or 12 friends that tvm booked there.
We were all surprised by the excellent service of the staff, cleanliness and organization of the suites, location of the inn, delicious breakfast and wonderful pool. We were really delighted!
A negative observation: rooms at the back of the inn with a lot of mosquitoes, but nothing that a poison didn't solve!
Believe me: I forgot a blouse in the room and they sent it to me by Fedex, without me even asking! Attention with the guest out of the series... I went, I will come back and I have already recommended it to other friends!
