Fiz a reserva pelo Booking.com, três diárias por R$ 1.000,00. Pelo preço a minha expectativa era grande. Não fiquei na pousada porque o quarto é ruim, o banheiro não tem portas, é um vão; a estrutura é precária, lençóis, camas, suporte para vestuário, produtos de higiene, tudo a desejar (o quarto ainda tinha mofo no teto devido à infiltração de água). A cozinha gourmet era um depósito de caixas. O atendimento foi direto com o dono e ele foi rude e não cumpriu com a palavra (consegui cancelar com o Booking, mas ele não aceitou e informou no-show), retornei à pousada, no dia seguinte, e ele já tinha alugado o meu quarto para outra pessoa, ou seja, faturou R$ 1.000,00 e mais outros R$$. Fiquei muito insatisfeita, inclusive com o Booking.
Reitero outros comentários sobre o perfil do empresário, que não preza em encantar clientes, comigo foi uma péssima experiência.

I made the reservation through Booking.com, three nights for R$ 1,000.00. For the price I had high expectations. I didn't stay at the inn because the room is bad, the bathroom doesn't have doors, it's a gap; the structure is precarious, sheets, beds, clothes support, hygiene products, everything to be desired (the room still had mold on the ceiling due to water infiltration). The gourmet kitchen was a box warehouse. The service was direct with the owner and he was rude and didn't keep his word (I managed to cancel with Booking, but he didn't accept and informed no-show), I returned to the inn, the next day, and he had already rented mine room for another person, that is, he earned R$ 1,000.00 and another R$$. I was very dissatisfied, including with Booking.
I reiterate other comments about the profile of the entrepreneur, who does not value in delighting customers, it was a bad experience for me.
