★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos apenas no bistrô, mas achamos um excelente atendimento e comida muito boa! Vale o custo-benefício. Gostamos de tudo, carne estava no ponto certo. Local bem bonito, as pousadas parecem ser ótimas também.
 We only went to the bistro, but we found excellent service and very good food! Value for money. We liked everything, meat was on point. Very beautiful place, the inns seem to be great too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei bem decepcionada com a confusão que fizeram com a nossa reserva feita pela Mukau. Ficamos sem quarto tendo que nos virar nos 30 para acharmos nova hospedagem. Pedimos que ao menos pudéssemos jantar no hotel, disseram q sim e quando estávamos aguardando depois de uns 10 min informaram que a cozinha já estava fechada e q n poderiam fazer nada. uma zona... O hotel é mto fofo, pena que a administração é péssima.
I was very disappointed with the mess they made with our reservation made through Mukau. We ran out of room having to turn around in the 30's to find new accommodation. We asked that we could at least have dinner at the hotel, they said yes and when we were waiting after about 10 min they informed that the kitchen was already closed and that they couldn't do anything. a zone... The hotel is very cute, too bad the management is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde a entrada, até a saída, foi tudo perfeito. Essa hospedagem supera a media das hospedagens internacionais, e olha que ja visitei 28 países, então tenho como comparar. Comida excelente e servida com muito charme. O atendimento é ótimo. Surpreendeu-me encontrar algo deste nível no mais novo estado brasileiro.
From entry to exit, everything was perfect. This accommodation exceeds the average of international accommodation, and I have visited 28 countries, so I can compare. Excellent food and served with great charm. The service is great. I was surprised to find something of this level in the newest Brazilian state.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tínhamos uma reserva através da empresa Mukau para nos hospedar nesta pousada, chegamos no local próximo às 21hs, após um dia inteiro de muita trilha, cachoeira e horas de estrada fomos informados pelo gerente que o nosso quarto estava ocupado por outra pessoa e que ele não poderia nos hospedar.
Ao questionar o nome na reserva ele confirmou estar em nosso nome, mesmo assim foi incapaz de buscar solução, enquanto o responsável pela Mukau tentava corrigir o ocorrido com o responsável pela pousada pedimos para jantar no restaurante anexo (incluso em nosso pacote), para nossa surpresa apesar de várias pessoas jantando naquele momento o gerente alegou que a cozinha estava fechada e não poderia servir nenhum prato do restaurante
Com a total incapacidade do gerente de resolver o ocorrido e nos realocar fomos obrigados e nos dirigir para outro hotel, sem ao menos um pedido de desculpas.
Sugiro a pousada tentar contratar pessoas ao menos um pouco mais profissionais que saibam no mínimo fazer contas, pois alocar uma única pessoa em um quarto triplo, e que consta explicitamente o nome de três pessoas na reserva, demonstra apenas que o funcionário não sabe nem ao menos contar até 3 e não tem o mínimo de capacidade para a função.
Havíamos ouvido vários relatos da falta de profissionalismo em várias pousadas, mas nunca pensamos que poderia chegar a este ponto.
We had a reservation through the company Mukau to stay at this inn, we arrived at the place close to 9 pm, after a whole day of a lot of hiking, waterfall and hours of road we were informed by the manager that our room was occupied by someone else and that he did not could host us.
When questioning the name on the reservation he confirmed that it was on our behalf, even so he was unable to seek a solution, while the person responsible for Mukau tried to correct what happened with the person responsible for the inn, we asked for dinner at the attached restaurant (included in our package), for our surprise despite several people having dinner at that time the manager claimed that the kitchen was closed and could not serve any dishes from the restaurant
With the manager's total inability to solve the problem and relocate us, we were forced to go to another hotel, without even an apology.
I suggest that the inn try to hire people who are at least a little more professional who know at least how to do the math, because allocating a single person in a triple room, and which explicitly includes the name of three people in the reservation, only demonstrates that the employee does not even know least count to 3 and doesn't have the minimum capacity for the function.
We had heard several reports of the lack of professionalism in various hostels, but we never thought it could get to this point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful cozy inn with decorative forniture. It has a restaurant inside ( i recommend the strogonoff dish) and wifi connection is not so good, but considering it's in the middle of jalapao, it is just great.
