★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima estadia. A 10 minutos do centro ( de carro ), lugar tranquilo, pessoal bem atencioso, café da manhã bem diversificado. Só o controle da TV que não estava 100%, mas isso não atrapalhou em nada. Quarto bem preparado. Recomendamos.
Great stay. 10 minutes from the center (by car), quiet place, very attentive staff, very diverse breakfast. Only the TV control was not 100%, but that didn't get in the way at all. Room well prepared. We recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estivemos no período do Carnaval, em um chalé com vazamento da privada e ar condicionado que não funcionava. Pedimos por diversas vezes para arrumarem pelo menos o vaso sanitário e nada foi feito, detalhe que na cidade havia lojas abertas, mas em nenhum momento se preocuparam com nosso bem estar.
Café da manhã super tarde, reposição de pão só se o hóspede pedir.
Local está bem diferente da fotos, não existe animais além dos cachorros, os das fotos são fake. Local mal cuidado, com piscina suja e outra com criadouro de mosquito da dengue.
We were in the Carnival period, in a chalet with a leaking toilet and air conditioning that didn't work. We asked several times to fix at least the toilet and nothing was done, a detail that in the city there were stores open, but at no time did they worry about our well being.
Super late breakfast, bread replacement only if the guest asks for it.
Place is very different from the photos, there are no animals besides the dogs, the ones in the photos are fake. Poorly maintained place, with a dirty pool and another with dengue mosquito breeding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima recepção, preparação do quarto foi um excelente presentão para mim rsrs, o café da manhã é surreal! Ficamos no quarto com cozinha e tinha os utensílios básicos para preparar uma refeição. Sentimos uma liberdade fora do comum pelo fato dos chalés serem separados e o caminho para todas as áreas comuns serem feitos pela grama. A natureza do local é abundante e absurdamente linda, nossas pequenas férias foram Maravilhosas ??
Great reception, room preparation was an excellent gift for me lol, breakfast is surreal! We stayed in the kitchen room and it had the basic utensils to prepare a meal. We felt an unusual freedom due to the fact that the chalets are separated and the path to all common areas is made by grass. The nature of the place is abundant and absurdly beautiful, our little vacation was Wonderful ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local agradável, tranquilo e bom preço. As acomodações são boas, porém faltam manutenções em fechaduras, nos chalés, muitas teias de aranha e pó. São detalhes que nos faz pensar se compensa voltar. Os banheiros com problemas em válvulas e vazamentos. Uma simples maçaneta que cai na sua mão por falta de supervisão e janelas com problemas de vedação. Pousada perto da cidade de Itú, cuja hospitalidade é sensacional, diversos locais para refeição e lazer.
Café da manhã muito bom, simples mas farto. Diversos restaurantes de lanchonetes fazem delivery. Piscina poderia ser um pouco mais limpa.
Nice place, quiet and good price. The accommodations are good, but lack of maintenance on locks, in the chalets, many cobwebs and dust. These are details that make us wonder if it's worth returning. Bathrooms with valve problems and leaks. A simple doorknob that falls in your hand due to lack of supervision and windows with sealing problems. Inn near the city of Itú, whose hospitality is sensational, several places for meals and leisure.
Breakfast was very good, simple but plentiful. Several fast-food restaurants offer delivery. Pool could be a little cleaner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoramos o lugar, passamos um fim de semana muito agradável no chalé. As pessoas que cuidam do lugar muito educadas, café da manhã incrível (um destaque para o croissant). Fomos em um fim de semana onde havia poucas famílias e isso foi muito bom devido à pandemia, pessoas respeitosas e educadas. Não houve aglomeração nem bagunça.
Nós recomendamos com certeza. Ah e parece que vai ter novidades, pois estão fazendo melhorias lá.
Gostaria de dar apenas uma dica: Se colocassem um chuveiro com o jato de água mais compacto seria melhor e até economizaria água pois o banho ficaria mais rápido.
We love the place, we spent a very pleasant weekend at the chalet. People who run the place very polite, amazing breakfast (a highlight for the croissant). We went on a weekend where there were few families and that was very good due to the pandemic, respectful and polite people. There was no crowding or mess.
We would definitely recommend. Oh and it looks like there will be news, as they are making improvements there.
I would like to give just one tip: If they put a shower with a more compact water jet, it would be better and even save water because the shower would be faster.
