O senhor Evilasio me atendeu já me questionando se tinha sido eu que havia ligado dias antes e não tinha aparecido,pois o DDD era o mesmo do meu celular, mal deixou falar. Respondi que não é então perguntei se havia vaga e qual o valor da diária, o mesmo me respondeu que eu deveria ir a pousada e se negou a me dar o valor da diária. Então entendi porque a outra pessoa não apareceu, pelo atendimento grosseiro e desrespeitoso. Liguei para outra pousada que me repassou valores da diária, fez reserva e nos atendeu com muito profissionalismo e competência.

I replied that it is not so I asked if there was vague and that the daily rate, he told me that I should go to the inn and refused to give me the daily rate. So I understand why the other person did not show up, the coarse and disrespectful service. I called another hostel that passed me daily values, made reservation and served us with great professionalism and competence.
