De ponto positivo, apenas o preço que foi o melhor de todos e o ar condicionado que esfriou bem e funcionou bem.
O quarto molhou todo logo no primeiro dia e a gente mal sabe de onde veio, tinha apenas um pequeno tapete e estava encharcado sem ter outro, deixaram apenas uma toalha pequena para o casal e, pra piorar de vez, FALTOU ÁGUA na manhã seguinte (falta gravíssima e inadmissível para uma pousada!!!). Dizem que tem wi-fi, mas é mentira. Não funciona.
Nessa pousada não tem ninguém a quem você possa recorrer. Não tem funcionários. Ligamos para a pousada (mesmo número que fizemos a reserva) mas parece que o telefone fica fora do gancho. O dono da pousada não está nem aí para os clientes. Um parente do dono recebe o cliente, pega o dinheiro e vai embora. O cliente que se vire.
Não recomendo a ninguém.
This is the WORST POUSADA I have ever stayed. And look, I've been to some pretty bad ones.
On a positive note, only the price that was the best of all and the air conditioning that cooled well and worked well.
The room got wet right on the first day and we barely know where it came from, there was only a small rug and it was soaked without having another one, they left only a small towel for the couple and, to make matters worse, the water ran out the next morning ( serious and unacceptable lack for an inn !!!). They say it has wi-fi, but it's a lie. Does not work.
There is no one at this inn that you can turn to. It has no employees. We called the inn (same number as we made the reservation) but it looks like the phone is off the hook. The inn owner doesn't care about the customers. A relative of the owner receives the customer, takes the money and leaves. The customer who turns around.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

Great inn. In addition to being close to UERN, it also becomes close to the center. Owner welcoming and willing to help. The rooms are great as well as being affordable.
