★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim cheia de problemas e falhas café da manhã péssimo, quarto com muito pó,funcionária tentando fazer serviço de 3; nota zero pra tudo , menos pra moças que tentaram de alguma forma ajudar.
 Very bad, full of problems and failures, terrible breakfast, very dusty room, employee trying to do 3 service; zero grade for everything, except for girls who tried to help in some way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localização espetacular, as funcionárias Marina e Benedita são sensacionais, sempre dispostas a ajudar. Porém a pousada deixa a desejar em alguns quesitos como quartos, banheiros, limpeza... Tem um outro funcionário do bigodão que nem deveria ali estar, muito fraco e desonesto.
Spectacular location, the employees Marina and Benedita are sensational, always willing to help. However, the inn leaves something to be desired in terms of rooms, bathrooms, cleanliness... There is another employee with a mustache who shouldn't even be there, very weak and dishonest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficamos hospedados na pousada a aproximadamente 8 anos e foi otimo, mas a última hospedagem foi um caos( foi enformado que houve mudança de donos).
Quarto com parade mofada, banheiro com um piacina privativa( leia-se entupido), cafe da manaha muito fraco, tolhas igual pano de chao, funcionarios desleixados, camas ruins, foi informado inicialmente que a toalha para area da piscina era cobrado, depois foi dito que nao e quando fomos solicitar foi dito que era cobrado, havia divergência nas informações.
O ponto positivo é só a localização e o atendimento da Isabela ( funcionaria muito bacana).
We stayed at the inn for approximately 8 years and it was great, but the last stay was chaos (it was informed that there was a change of owners).
Room with a musty wall, bathroom with a private sink (read clogged), very weak breakfast, towels like a floor cloth, sloppy employees, bad beds, it was initially informed that the towel for the pool area was charged, then it was said no and when we went to request it was told that it was charged, there was a discrepancy in the information.
The only positive point is the location and Isabela's service (would work very nice).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hospedei 2X nessa pousada e em ambas as vezes tive alguns problemas nela: problemas no chuveiro (resistência queimada, fluxo de água pouco), ar condicionado pingava água no chão, faltava papel higiênico no quarto e lixo não era trocado no banheiro. Essa pousada tem dois pontos positivos: um café da manhã gostoso e a localização da pousada é excelente.
I stayed 2X at this hostel and both times I had some problems there: problems in the shower (burned resistance, little water flow), air conditioning dripping water on the floor, there was no toilet paper in the room and garbage was not changed in the bathroom. This inn has two positive points: a delicious breakfast and the location of the inn is excellent.

Infelizmente não tenho uma impressão positiva para compartilhar, principalmente por conta do lamentável ocorrido que resultou no falecimento de uma criança. Não terei boas recordações de Porto de Galinhas, já que o justo protesto dos moradores afugentou e expulsou os turistas. Abri mão de duas diárias também por conta desses eventos, mas principalmente devido ao fato de a pousada passar muito longe da nota 8,1 (muito bom) atribuída pelo Booking. Não recomendo. Trata-se do famoso "barato" que sai caro. Invista num resort que será melhor.
Without a doubt one of the worst accommodations I have stayed in. Unfortunately I don't have a positive impression to share, mainly because of the unfortunate event that resulted in the death of a child. I won't have good memories of Porto de Galinhas, as the fair protest of the locals scared the tourists away. I gave up two nights also because of these events, but mainly due to the fact that the inn is far from the 8.1 rating (very good) assigned by Booking.com. I do not recommend. This is the famous "cheap" that is expensive. Invest in a resort that will be better.
