O responsável Sérgio, faz pouco caso dos seus clientes e n se importa com o q foi prometido e n cumprido. Ficamos a deriva no q diz respeito ao serviço contratado. TV n funciona, torneiras n funcionam, lâmpada, tivemos que comprar para funcionar, champanhe quente, bufê com filas para atendimento, n conseguimos nem realizar a refeição da virada do ano. Resumindo, pior lugar que já estive durante minha vida. Não indico a ninguém, buscarei ressarcir os danos causados em juizo. Cuidado com o prometido por eles, deixem por escrito e tudo amarrado, pq não tem nenhum tipo de credibilidade este estabelecimento.
Terrible service, poor quality stay, we just made ourselves stressed, zero cleaning. The responsible Sérgio makes little of his customers and doesn't care about what was promised and not fulfilled. We were left adrift with regard to the contracted service. TV doesn't work, taps don't work, light bulb, we had to buy it to work, hot champagne, buffet with lines for service, we couldn't even make the New Year meal. In short, worst place I've ever been in my life. I do not refer anyone, I will seek compensation for damages caused in court. Be careful with what they promised, leave it in writing and everything tied up, because this establishment has no credibility whatsoever.
