★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tivemos boa experiência. Fomos ontem e veio uma faca suja dentro do saquinho de papel, para usarmos. Pedi pra trocar. Depois veio arroz tão duro q o devolvemos para cozinha e comemos sem arroz. Achei q faltou profissionalismo para lidar com a situação. Arroz novo chegou já havíamos acabado de comer. Ninguém veio pedir desculpas pelo acontecido e paguei a conta integral. Não me foi oferecida nenhuma contrapartida pelo acontecido. Um simples pedido de desculpas já teria amenizado a situação.
Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience. We went yesterday and a dirty knife came inside the paper bag, for us to use. I asked to change. Then came rice so hard that we returned it to the kitchen and ate it without rice. I thought it lacked professionalism to deal with the situation. New rice arrived, we had just finished eating. Nobody came to apologize for what happened and I paid the full bill. No compensation was offered for what happened. A simple apology would have eased the situation.
