Very good service. But I found 2 cockroaches and different days. One in the bathroom then one on the bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No primeiro momento confesso que o custo benéfico seria interessante, mas deparei-me com situações adversas:
1 - Não emitiram NF, solicitei-a para comprovação. Fui surpreendido com a resposta de que eles atuam como pousada mas não possuem CNPJ!
O papel que me deram como comprovante de pagamento era muito informal, mal elaborado e de baixa qualidade de impressão.
Cinseramente não compreendo como isso é possível, mas...
Outra situação é a inflexibilidade no pedido do cardápio, é necessário direcionar o atendimento de acordo com a necessidade peculiar do paladar de cada hóspede (isso é diferencial e bom atendimento).
Outros pontos como limpeza debaixo da cama, conservação do chuveiro, pouco aproveitamento de área externa para lazer e bem estar.
Outra abordagem aqui é que em segmentos como ramo de manipulação e consumo de alimentação deve haver restrições de circulação e permanência de animais de estimação no locai.
Segue compartilhamento de minha experiência, desejo verdadeiramente que os responsáveis pela pousada acolham e processe positivamente essas informações como pontos que devem ser melhorados para o crescimento e sucesso do próprio negocio.
O lado positivo é a cordialidade e receptividade!
At first, I confess that the beneficial cost would be interesting, but I came across adverse situations:
1 - No invoice was issued, I requested it for proof. I was surprised by the answer that they act as an inn but don't have CNPJ!
The paper they gave me as proof of payment was too informal, poorly designed and of poor print quality.
I don't really understand how this is possible, but...
Another situation is the inflexibility in ordering the menu, it is necessary to direct the service according to the peculiar need of each guest's taste (this is a differential and good service).
Other points such as cleaning under the bed, conservation of the shower, little use of an outdoor area for leisure and well-being.
Another approach here is that in segments such as handling and food consumption there must be restrictions on the movement and permanence of pets in the place.
Here's sharing my experience, I truly hope that those responsible for the inn positively welcome and process this information as points that must be improved for the growth and success of the business itself.
The positive side is the warmth and receptivity!
