★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Custo x benefício excelente, além do atendimento ser impecável. Fica no ponto mais alto da cidade, ou seja, visão linda e bela, mas bem cansativo para voltar para pousada.

Minha reclamação que ao entrar em contato com a Pousada Chalemar para ocupar um chalé , foi me oferecido um apartamento mais em conta ao lado o que na verdade não é.
É em outra rua e não tem nada haver com a estrutura da Pousada Chalemar que eu já conhecia.
The Pousada itself is simple but very clean.
My complaint is that when I contacted Pousada Chalemar to occupy a chalet, I was offered a more affordable apartment next door, which in fact is not.
It is on another street and has nothing to do with the structure of Pousada Chalemar that I already knew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, pra começar qnd chegamos não tinha ninguém na recepção, esperamos mais de 10 min, quarto com muita poeira e mofo, cama pequena e dura, um hóspede com som ligado nas alturas até 2h da manhã e num teve nenhum funcionário para mandar desligar o som e pra fechar com chave de ouro o mesmo hospede liga o som as 6:30 da manhã! Verdadeiro absurdo. Cabaré é mais organizado que pelo menos tem dono.
Terrible, to start when we arrived there was no one at the reception, we waited more than 10 min, room with a lot of dust and mold, small and hard bed, a guest with sound turned on until 2 am and there was no employee to have the sound and to close with a golden key the same host turns on the sound at 6:30 am! True nonsense. Cabaret is more organized that at least has an owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar e bem limpo e organizado , mas as coisas são meio antiquadas e a gente teve que ir no hotel ao lado pra o café da manhã . Que era bem gostoso porém a gente tinha que andar bastante pra chegar lá.
The place is very clean and organized , but things are a bit old fashioned and we had to go to the hotel next door for breakfast . It was very nice, but we had to walk a lot to get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favorável. Pagamos 160 Reais na diária em março de 2022. A Sra Socorro, o Sr Jair, o vigilante noturno e o Dono das pousadas, nos acolheram muito bem. Café da manhã foi na pousada mais top de Baia Formosa. Onde a produção da novela Flôr do Caribe se hospedou. Tamo chique bem! Fizeram de tudo pra nosso conforto e bem estar. Obrigada a todos da EcoBaia!
Favorable. We paid 160 reais daily in March 2022. Mrs. Socorro, Mr Jair, the night watchman and the owner of the inns, welcomed us very well. Breakfast was at the top inn in Baia Formosa. Where the production of the soap opera Flôr do Caribe stayed. So chic as well! They did everything for our comfort and well being. Thank you to everyone at EcoBaia!
