Pousada com boa estrutura.
Funcionários com atendimento mediano, alguns são atenciosos porém enrolados. São comandados por 2 pessoas (proprietárias) extremamente Grossas e muito mais enroladas que os funcionários. NÃO DEVERIAM ADMINISTRAR NENHUM TIPO DE NEGÓCIO.
Comida não é ruim e os preços justo para o local.

Gasto médio de um casal sendo 1 diária com almoço e janta R$ 100,00 + bebida.
Se voce tiver sorte de não ter nenhum tipo de problema na pousada, seu passeio será agradável, caso contrario vai odiar porque não vai SUPORTAR as proprietárias.
 It would deserve up to 5 stars if they were run by people with minimal commercial knowledge.
Pousada with good structure.
Employees with average service, some are attentive but involved. They are commanded by 2 people (owners) extremely Thick and much more coiled than the employees. THEY SHOULD NOT ADMINISTER ANY KIND OF BUSINESS.
Food is not bad and prices fair for the place.
BAD breakfast.
Average spending of a couple being 1 daily with lunch and dinner R $ 100.00 + drink.
If you are lucky to have no problems at the inn, your trip will be pleasant, otherwise you will hate it because you will not support the owners.

Boa Bonita Barata.
Logicamente, tenho que ponderar a pousada nessa lógica custo-benefício.
Prós:
1 - Eles vendem muitas diárias/pacotes através de sites de compra coletiva (Groupon, Peixe Urbano), permitindo que uma diária de casal (dentro do pacote de três dias) possa sair a R$ 80,00 por casal. Compre através destes.
2 - As camareiras, cozinheiras, garçom e jardineiro são pessoas simples e muito agradáveis. O Jardineiro Marcelo conhece muita coisa dos arredores. Sempre simpático e disponível.
3 - A localização é muito boa e agradável. Embora haja críticas sobre este ponto de outros votantes, achei a localização muito agradável e dista 7km através de boa estrada de chão do centro de Paty. Mas, se estiver sem carro, a escolha pode ser ruim.
4 - A piscina, jardim, lago e spa são bem tratados.
5 - Tem um comerciozinho com restaurante caseiro (especial), mercadinho e ferragens há 5 minutos de caminhada.
Contras:
1 - A limpeza dos quartos não é nenhuma excelência.
2 - A dona (Liliana) é antissocial e a gerente Elizabeth (que tive o desprazer de falar ao telefone e - felizmente - não estava lá), é uma total despreparada. A pousada cobrou-me pelo uso de hidromassagem que constava gratuito no site, e, ao invés de confirmar o que constava escrito nas regras, tratou-me indignamente. A falta de noção e preparo da "gerente" não diminui o qualitativo a ponto de merecer nota baixa. Foram só 5 minutos e, ao final, não paguei a cobrança indevida.
3 - Os preços não são tão honestos, especialmente das bebidas.
4 - Falta um bebedouro, pois à noite tudo fica fechado, inclusive, o mini-comércio dos arredores.
5 - Não é exatamente da minha conta, mas os funcionários trabalham lá de 6h às 22h! Não tem como não se incomodar com isso.

Logically, I have to consider the inn in this cost-benefit logic.
Pros:
1 - They sell many daily rates / packages through collective buying sites (Groupon, Peixe Urbano), allowing a double daily rate (within the three-day package) to cost R $ 80.00 per couple. Buy through these.
2 - The maids, cooks, waiter and gardener are simple and very pleasant people. Jardineiro Marcelo knows a lot about the surroundings. Always friendly and available.
3 - The location is very good and pleasant. Although there are criticisms of this point from other voters, I found the location to be very pleasant and is 7km across a good dirt road from downtown Paty. But, if you are without a car, the choice may be bad.
4 - The pool, garden, lake and spa are well cared for.
5 - There is a small shop with a homemade restaurant (special), grocery store and hardware store 5 minutes walk away.
Cons:
1 - The cleanliness of the rooms is no excellence.
2 - The owner (Liliana) is antisocial and the manager Elizabeth (who had the displeasure of talking on the phone and - luckily - was not there), is totally unprepared. The hostel charged me for the use of a whirlpool that was free on the website, and instead of confirming what was written in the rules, it treated me unworthily. The lack of notion and preparation of the "manager" does not diminish the qualitative to the point of deserving a low grade. It was only 5 minutes and, in the end, I didn't pay the undue charge.
3 - Prices are not so honest, especially for drinks.
4 - A water fountain is missing, because at night everything is closed, including the mini-commerce in the surroundings.
5 - It's not exactly my business, but the employees work there from 6 am to 10 pm! There is no way not to worry about it.

*Preços, um absurdo (paguei quase 40,00 numa garrafinha de café)
Mas o local é muito bonito e tranquilo!
In short ... Only the staff were polite and attentive! Especially the dog Luna!
Because the rest ... It was all to be desired!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito bom pra descansar, cercado de verdes,jardins clima fresquinho, piscina boa aceita animais de estimação muito bom pra deixar cachorro solto, porem ainda tem muita coisa a desejar,primeiro que chegamos pra fazer check in e logo de cara já tivemos que pagar na entrada o que estava faltando achei um pouco desnecessário visto que é pra isso que serve o check out, depois quando fui ao quarto não foi o que combinei com a pessoa da pousada disse que ia colocar eu e meu marido e nossa cachorrinha numa suite muito boa perto da piscina e não foi o que aconteceu ficamos num quarto pequeno atrás da pousada, quarto não muito limpo,um pouco de cheiro de mofo,sinal do wi-fi bem fraco no quarto. Restaurante na pousada tem comida muito gostosa porém, preços absurdos! Muito caro mesmo, e a localização dessa pousada é a 25 minutos do centro bem longe, piscina não tem banheiro perto. Café da manhã bem básico. fiquei na virada do ano teve uma ceia por um preço absurdo 50$ por pessoa pra uma ceia básica também salada de bacalhau, peru arroz de lentilha. Petiscos caros e pouca quantidade.
Very good place to rest, surrounded by greens, fresh climate gardens, good pool pets accepted very good to leave dog loose, but there is still much to be desired, first we arrived to check in and soon we already had to pay at the entrance what was missing I find it a bit unnecessary since that is what serves the check out, then when I went to the room was not what I agreed with the person of the hostel said that I would put myself and my husband and our dog in a very suite good near the pool and was not what happened we stayed in a small room behind the pousada, room not very clean, a bit musty smell, sign of the weak wifi in the room. Restaurant at the inn has very tasty food however, absurd prices! Very expensive indeed, and the location of this hostel is 25 minutes from the center well away, swimming pool has no bathroom near. Very basic breakfast. I stayed at the turn of the year had a supper for an absurd price $ 50 per person for a basic supper also cod salad, turkey lentil rice. Snacks expensive and small quantity.

Lugar maravilhoso, com muita natureza. Tem redes espalhadas em volta do lago para se relaxar, pesca esportiva, uma pequena trilha. Sala de cinema, sinuca, totó piscina tudo incluso no pacote.
Tem também sauna, hidromassagem e ofurô cobrados a parte.
Hospitalidade e atenção da Alice e da Jurema ótimas.
A reserva que fiz pelo booking mostrava um quarto e quando cheguei era outro.
Mas sem pensar duas vezes Alice, conversou com a dona da pousada Liliana, que nos colocou num quarto melhor, mais amplo e mais bem localizado. Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa.
A pousada e um pouco distante da cidade, mas lá eles vendem a preço acessível almoço, petiscos, pizzas, vendem vinhos, cervejas, sucos, refrigerante a parte do pacote, que só está incluso o café da manhã.
Almoço delicioso, café da manhã farto.
Custo benefício ótimo.
Weekend of peace and tranquility with my husband. We were in need.
Wonderful place with lots of nature. There are hammocks scattered around the lake for relaxing, sport fishing, a small trail. Movie theater, pool, pool geek all included in the package.
It also has sauna, whirlpool and hot tub charged separately.
Hospitality and attention from Alice and Jurema are great.
The reservation I made for the booking showed one room and when I arrived it was another.
But without thinking twice, Alice talked to the innkeeper Liliana, who put us in a better, larger and better located room. Our stay was wonderful.
The hostel is a bit far from the city, but there they sell affordable lunch, snacks, pizzas, sell wines, beers, juice, soda the part of the package, which is only included breakfast.
Delicious lunch, hearty breakfast.
Cost effective optimum.

A pousada é deliciosa e super aconchegante: tudo limpinho e organizado, o quarto mt confortável, limpo e o chuveiro é ótimo! o atendimento e acolhimento nota 1000, desde o primeiro contato com a D.Alice e D. Liliana até os funcionários Jurema, Tiago e Michele(Uns amores) fui mt bem tratada. O café da manhã e as refeições estavam deliciosos! A estrada é um pouco longa , mas tudo compensa! Me senti a vontade e amei tudo! Eu e meu companheiro pretendemos voltar em breve! Foi MARAVILHOSO!
The place is BEAUTIFUL !!! A spectacle of nature! The hostel is delicious and super cozy: everything clean and organized, the room very comfortable, clean and the shower is great! the service and welcome note 1000, from the first contact with D.Alice and D. Liliana to the employees Jurema, Tiago and Michele (Some loves) I was very well treated. The breakfast and meals were delicious! The road is a little long, but everything pays off! I felt comfortable and loved everything! My companion and I plan to return soon! It was wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, cleanliness, delicious food. I loved the beauty of the hotel, the lushness of the tropical plants and unique flowers. Has a pool with aqua water, jacuzzi, saunas, pool table and a pond. I am a stranger in this paridise, at Pousada Fenix. I recommend and give it 5 stars.
