★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento grosseiro e sem profissionalismo. O local é clandestino e está fora das normas de hotelaria. Não avisa más faz questão de pagamento em dinheiro. Não oferece nem água e se faltar luz se prepare, vai ouvir desaforos pra ter o gerador ligado. Caso tenha problemas, acione uma viatura policial e o Procon. (local requer ser fiscalizado). Péssima experiência. Vá para outra pousada ou vá para Paraty pois lá as pousadas estão dentro do padrão hoteleiro.
Rude service and without professionalism. The place is clandestine and is outside hotel standards. Not warns but makes a point of payment in cash. It does not even offer water and if the light is lacking prepare, you will hear challenges to have the generator on. If you have problems, get a police car and Procon. (location requires inspection). Poor experience. Go to another hostel or go to Paraty because there the inns are within the hotel standard.
