★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento por parte da Virgínia é péssimo, parece que estamos fazendo um favor. Ao chegar na pousada perguntamos se o quarto era grande para 7 pessoas e ela disse "O suficiente para 7 pessoas". Perguntamos também se era possível ver o tamanho do quarto e ela disse que não, somente depois de fechar o contrato. Como iremos saber Se vai nos agradar se não vermos os quartos. Essa Virgínia é muito mal educada, não cumprimenta os clientes, se é filha dos donos, deveria saber que o dinheiro não dura pra sempre, e que um dia seus pais podem ficar sem dinheiro e precisar dos mesmos que ela acha que não precisa. Acho que deveriam melhorar o atendimento, pois a primeira impressão é a que fica. As outras trabalhadoras deram show de atendimento e prestação de serviço!
The service from Virginia is terrible, it looks like we're doing you a favor. When we arrived at the hostel we asked if the room was big for 7 people and she said "Enough for 7 people". We also asked if it was possible to see the size of the room and she said no, only after closing the contract. How will we know If it will please us if we don't see the rooms. This Virginia is very rude, doesn't greet customers, if she's the daughter of the owners, she should know that money doesn't last forever, and that one day her parents may run out of money and need the same ones she thinks she doesn't need. I think they should improve the service, because the first impression is what remains. The other workers gave a show of care and service!
