★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando vejo os comentários dizendo que esta é uma ótima pousada e o atendimento é excelente,, me pergunto se realmente é a mesma pousada que me hospedei. Tenho certeza que tanto eu como as outras 48 pessoas que viajaram comigo e se hospedaram lá, terão a mesma opinião que a minha.
Nas fotos vemos uma pousada super bonita e arrumada, mas, é totalmente o contrário. Pra começar as camas não tinham colchas e simplesmente um lençol muito velho por sinal. Não tem espelhos nos quartos,,nem ar condicionado, o que não seria problema se os ventiladores funcionassem, sim porque nas fotos vemos ar condicionado ,mas somente em dois quartos. Preciso comentar também que é um ambiente sujo e que encontrei baratas, também como se tudo isso fosse pouco ainda tem a melhor parte que é o atendimento. A dona da pousada é simplesmente super mal educada e que desde o momento que chegamos nos atendeu super mal, se negando a dar lençol de cama, trocar os ventiladores que não funcionavam e se mostrando uma pessoas de pouca educação. Para finalizar vou mencionar o cafe´da manhã que é muito fraco e contado, ou seja, se você desce cedo você como se não fica na vontade. quero deixar claro que minha intenção é simplesmente de alertar outras pessoas que por acaso se enganem com as fotos porque não é nada do que aparenta ser, e falo principalmente pelo atendimento, porque tudo poderia passar despercebido se a proprietária fosse um pouco mais gentil e educada.
 When I see the comments saying that this is a great hostel and the service is excellent, I wonder if it really is the same hostel that I stayed at. I'm sure that both myself and the other 48 people who traveled with me and stayed there, will have the same opinion as mine.
In the photos we see a super beautiful and tidy inn, but, it's quite the opposite. To begin with the beds had no bedspreads and simply a very old sheet by the way. There are no mirrors in the rooms, nor air conditioning, which would not be a problem if the fans worked, because in the pictures we see air conditioning, but only in two rooms. I also need to comment that it is a dirty environment and that I found cockroaches, also as if all that was little, there is still the best part, which is the service. The owner of the inn is simply super polite and that from the moment we arrived she treated us very badly, refusing to give bed sheets, changing fans that didn't work and showing herself to be a poorly educated person. To finish, I will mention the morning coffee, which is very weak and counted, that is, if you go down early you will feel as if you are not comfortable. I want to make it clear that my intention is simply to alert other people who happen to be mistaken with the photos because it is nothing like what it appears to be, and I speak mainly for the service, because everything could go unnoticed if the owner was a little more kind and polite .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito bom, quarto ótimo, uma atendente nos trataou bem, mas uma responsavel ou proprietaria nao sei, nao foi hospitaleira, nos sentimos indesejados não nos deixou avontade no café da manhã, fomos embora antes do horario por sentir bem no ambiente.
Não recomendo.
Very good place, great room, an attendant treated us well, but a manager or owner I don’t know, wasn’t hospitable, we felt unwelcome didn’t leave us feeling uncomfortable at breakfast, we left before the hour because we felt good in the environment.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Pousada em si é muito boa, limpa e organizada, só não dou 5 estrelas pelo atendimento que considerei muito ruim. Não é aconchegante, penso que quando se trabalha com o público, ainda mais quando é Hotel, Pousada, enfim, você deve fazer as pessoas se sentirem em casa, ser receptivo e aconchegante o que não foi o caso. Talvez voltaria lá pela Pousada ser boa, mas sei que a receptividade é 0!
The Inn itself is very good, clean and organized, I just don't give 5 stars for the service that I considered very bad. It is not cozy, I think that when working with the public, especially when it is a Hotel, Pousada, in short, you should make people feel at home, be receptive and cozy, which was not the case. Maybe I would go back for the Pousada to be good, but I know that the receptivity is 0!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pousada muito boa e com piscina limpa. Quartos confortáveis, cama confortável, vem com toalha e papel higiênico, tem acesso ao controle do ar condicionado, varanda com rede e vista linda. Perto de tudo tudo. A dona Carmem é atenciosa, me deu número dela caso eu precisasse chegar depois da hora de fechamento ou precisasse de QUALQUER COISA como pedir comida.
Além disso muito gentil ao perguntar se nós queríamos algo a mais no café da manhã. Até esticou o horário do café por eu ter acordado tarde. Pretendo voltar, recomendo falar diretamente com ela para realizar o pagamento da pousada, os aplicativos cobram mais caro. Recomendo❤️ (a pousada não é de luxo, mas está mais bonita que nessas fotos antigas do Google )
Very good hostel with clean pool. Comfortable rooms, comfortable bed, comes with towel and toilet paper, has access to air conditioning control, balcony with hammock and beautiful view. Close to everything. Dona Carmem is helpful, she gave me her number in case I needed to arrive after closing time or needed ANYTHING like ordering food.
Also very kind to ask if we wanted something more for breakfast. It even stretched the breakfast time because I got up late. I intend to return, I recommend talking directly to her to make the payment for the inn, the apps charge more. I recommend❤️ (the inn is not luxury, but it's prettier than in these old Google photos)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pousada possui preço acessível. Localização estratégica para a praia de Morro Branco, ambiente tranquilo, uma excelente piscina e um café da manhã simples, mas bem servido. A cama do quarto era bastante confortável.
Como ponto negativo preciso mencionar o ar condicionado que não podia ser regulado pelo hospede, não podendo diminuir ou aumentar a temperatura, ficando o controle remoto apenas para ligar e desligar o aparelho. Ao questionar esse ponto, fomos informados que o quarto dispunha de um ar condicionado novo e que o mesmo possuía um sistema que identificava a melhor temperatura para o quarto. Na prática, o ar condicionado sinalizava em seu display temperaturas que variavam entre 24 e 26°, o que não trazia o conforto térmico necessário. Em muitas viagens pelo Brasil, foi a primeira vez que vi isso: não poder regular a temperatura do ar condicionado de uma suíte que reservei e paguei. Acredito que esse ponto deveria ser revisto pelos proprietários, uma vez que corpos diferentes possuem sensações térmicas diferentes. Fomos informados que poderíamos mudar de quarto, mas optamos por não realizar a mudança pois a dona da pousada disse que o quarto que estávamos tinha o melhor ar condicionado.
The hostel is affordable. Strategic location for Morro Branco beach, quiet environment, an excellent swimming pool and a simple but well served breakfast. The bed in the room was quite comfortable.
As a negative point I need to mention the air conditioning that could not be regulated by the guest, being unable to decrease or increase the temperature, leaving the remote control just to turn the device on and off. When questioning this point, we were informed that the room had a new air conditioner and that it had a system that identified the best temperature for the room. In practice, the air conditioning signaled on its display temperatures ranging between 24 and 26 °, which did not bring the necessary thermal comfort. On many trips around Brazil, it was the first time I saw this: not being able to regulate the air conditioning temperature of a suite that I booked and paid for. I believe that this point should be reviewed by the owners, since different bodies have different thermal sensations. We were informed that we could change rooms, but we chose not to make the change because the owner of the inn said that the room we were in had the best air conditioning.
