★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar é lindo os meninos que trabalham uns amores mas os colchões velhos horríveis os travesseiros então muito ruim, cheguei apertada para ir ao banheiro fizeram eu esperar até abrirem meu quarto para usar, esperei apertada uma hora achei um absurdo.
The place is beautiful, the boys who work love it but the horrible old mattresses the pillows so very bad, I was forced to go to the bathroom and they made me wait until they opened my room to use it, I waited an hour I thought it was absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou muito chateada, pensei que ia ficar bem, camas horríveis, o tratamento é nota zero, pessoas com mau humor, não tem banheiro para usar quando chega na pousada , até chegar a hora de entrar no quarto, absurdo, só os meninos que ficam pra servir na praia que são uns amores
I'm very upset, I thought I was going to be fine, horrible beds, the treatment is zero, people in a bad mood, there is no bathroom to use when they arrive at the inn, until it's time to enter the room, absurd, only the boys stay to serve on the beach that are some loves

Porém na quinta feira entrei contato com eles ..Pois meu filho ficou doente de atestado (crise de Bronquite)..Eu não queria cancelar , Só queria mudar a data ,sendo a qual tivesse disponível!! A pousada não quis transferir o dinheiro e tbm não quis mudar a data ..
Resumindo perdemos nosso dinheiro!
Estranho uma pousada desse tamanho não aceitar cartões qualquer bandeira ( Não aceitar cartão) ??? E nem Pix só Dinheiro em Mãos ..
Estou tentando entrar em contato com a pousada me bloquearam e não aceitam minhas mensagens

But on Thursday I got in touch with them ..Because my son got sick from the medical certificate (bronchitis crisis)..I didn't want to cancel, I just wanted to change the date, whichever was available!! The inn did not want to transfer the money and also did not want to change the date..
In short, we lost our money!
Strange that a hostel of this size doesn't accept cards of any brand (Does not accept cards) ??? And not even Pix just Cash in Hands ..
I'm trying to contact the hostel they blocked me and they don't accept my messages

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma reserva , porém fiquei doente, tenho atestado médico. Não quiseram transferir e nem mudar a data, e nem pensamos em não ir mais, apenas mudar a data por motivo de doença como escrevi a cima. Disseram que não poderíamos mais ir e perderíamos o dinheiro da reserva. ( 450,00). Meu e da minha irmã, portanto 900 reais.
Minha irmã sempre vai para essa pousada e sempre indica para outras pessoas, tínhamos a certeza decair pelo motivo a cima , iriam deixar marcarmos outra data, o que não ocorreu.
A pousada não aceita cartão de débito oi credito , apenas pagamento em dinheiro na saída, sempre concordamos com isso, apesar de achar estranho em pleno século 21.( um hotel que não aceita nenhum tipo de cartão). Levaremos este ocorrido ao nosso advogado e ao PROCON para que entrem em contato com o hotel e de maneira amigável a princípio, resolver este desagradável ocorrido.
Depôs deste comentário no Instagram, o hotel excluiu e bloqueou minha irmão e eu!

I made a reservation, but I got sick, I have a medical certificate. They didn't want to transfer or change the date, and we didn't even think about not going anymore, just changing the date due to illness as I wrote above. They said we couldn't go anymore and we would lose the reservation money. (450.00). Mine and my sister's, so 900 reais.
My sister always goes to this inn and always recommends it to other people, we were sure to go downhill for the reason above, they would let us set another date, which did not happen.
The inn does not accept debit or credit cards, only cash payment on departure, we always agree with this, despite finding it strange in the 21st century. (a hotel that does not accept any type of card). We will take this to our lawyer and to PROCON so that they can contact the hotel and, in a friendly way, at first, resolve this unpleasant occurrence.
Deposed of this comment on Instagram, the hotel deleted and blocked my brother and me!

Really bad service! Jessica, the front desk, has no training and unfortunately doesn’t know how to handle problems.
I was charged 70 reais for a keychain that was already broken in the beginning of my stay!
Really upsetting that my word had no consideration what so ever!
When I was checking out I did pointed her the fact that the keychain had a crack that she should be aware that would broke anytime, but instead of thanking me, she said that she would charge it!!!! 70 reais!
Words have no value!
I was celebrating my birthday with 2 other families! Really disappointing!
?BIRDS SADLY IN THE CAGE⛓?... Old mattresses, dated bathroom and poor staff! Great location though... it’s a shame that person in charge was her and she had such a poor judgment! I hope the owner could do something about it.
