★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima localização,muito bem recebida pela simpática,carismática recepcionista!o sr. Sandro uma pessoa excelente sempre pronto em atender as necessidades de seus hóspedes. Agora com todo respeito queria descrever algumas críticas construtivas falando em espaço físico que acho que poderia proporcionar mais conforto aos hóspedes; melhorar a iluminação na cozinha, no corredor, colocar assento nas privadas,se possível aceitar cartão .
Great location, very well received by the friendly, charismatic receptionist! Mr. Sandro is an excellent person always ready to meet the needs of his guests. Now, with all due respect, I would like to describe some constructive criticisms talking about physical space that I think could provide more comfort to guests; improve the lighting in the kitchen, in the hallway, place seating on the toilets, accept card if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima la atención de la chica Crislan de ascendencia afro joven de unos 20 años, este lugar horrible no lo recomiendo definitivamente porque esa Crislan me levanto a propósito a las 5 de la mañana, siempre fue prepotente y nunca ayudo al extranjero realmente fue una experiencia horrible, sin ducha ni agua en las noches, me sentí como en una celda con puertas abiertas, se le pide ayuda y Cris se encierra en su cuarto y se pone a gritar, se aprovecha de lo que no hablo bien español, y eso es una falta de respeto grave, además la limpieza pésima sin limpiar los baños que huelen horrible
una pena, además el barrio es muy peligroso de noche y te gastas mucho dinero en taxis o Uber, y la sra Cris después de las 9 te deja en la calle y no te abre la puerta, pésimo atendimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ boa noite pessoal eu fiquei várias vezes nessa pousada .eu foi procura essas pousada pra fica ela disse que estava cheia sendo que não tava e ainda fes eu ir duas veses até a pousada dizendo que tinha vaga e depois falava que não tinha fora comportamento da funcionária cm ospede completamente uma pessoa fora de equilíbrio pode se de ser maluca armadura sem pingo concideracao cmigo e minha filha que já ficamos ai várias vezes e hj ela me fes subi desce cm mochila pesada e a menina e sempre .guando nós fica aí tem algo estranho de lugar pra repousa vc passa raiva e mesmo vc pagando
