★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vc como proprietária em nenhum momento deveria dar uma resposta que não condiz com o que os hóspedes colocam nas avaliações muito pelo contrário avaliações são feitas para vc endireitar o que está errado é isso mostra que a sra não quer mudar para melhor … simples assim …. Fica a dica … esqueci que não existe secador nem Wi-Fi e com a chuva o transformador da rua que fica no quarto 10 estava saindo fogo o tempo todo … fomos avisar ao seu funcionário ele simplesmente disse que era normal … mas nao fica querendo medir forças com hóspedes que não fica bem pra senhora ! É só sugestões para sua pousada melhorar !

Here's a tip… I forgot that there is no hairdryer or Wi-Fi and with the rain the transformer on the street that is in room 10 was burning all the time… we went to warn his employee he simply said it was normal… but he doesn't want to measure strength with guests that doesn't look good for you! It's just suggestions for your inn to improve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei entre 31/01 a 02/01, odiei a estadia. Comprei a estadia com antecedência, cheguei lá o quarto não estava pronto. As toalhas ainda estavam pondo para lavar, me deram um cobertor com cheiro de usado, quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, o ralo da pia do banheiro estava praticamente entupido. Voltando as toalhas, qdo as consegui, se molhava tinha que entregar a molhada para pegar a seca. Faltou a parte do papel higiênico rs, ele queriam entrar no quarto para repor o papel, pq eu poderia quebrar o dispenser. Magina minha família deitada e um homem entrando lá dentro, jamais né!! Tive que insistir para eu mesma por o papel higiênico. Café da manhã 1 copo pra vc, então se tomo suco, e o copo pra água? Não recomendo esse lugar, muito mesquinho e comprem uma secadora, pelo amor! Não recomendo a pousada! Mesquinha demais!
I stayed between 01/31 to 01/02, I hated the stay. I bought the stay in advance, I got there the room was not ready. The towels were still being washed, they gave me a blanket that smelled of used, the room smelled of mildew, the bathroom sink drain was practically clogged. Returning the towels, when I got them, if I got wet I had to deliver the wet one to get the dry one. The toilet paper part was missing, they wanted to go into the room to replace the paper, because I could break the dispenser. Magic my family lying down and a man entering there, never right!! I had to insist to myself on the toilet paper. Breakfast 1 cup for you, so if I drink juice, what about the glass for water? I don't recommend this place, very petty and buy a dryer, for love! I don't recommend the inn! Too petty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pousada ótima! A equipe é super atenciosa e solícita. Fiz a reserva e quando fui fazer o check-in tive um problema em relação ao quarto, mas tanto o atendente quanto a gerente demonstraram prontidão para resolver a situação.
Quarto limpo, o café da manhã é simples, mas tudo gostoso.
A localização é perfeita pois é literamente de frente pra praia. Só atravessar a rua.
Uma dica é acordar cedo para assistir o nascer do sol, que é sensacional.
Great hostel! The staff is super attentive and helpful. I made the reservation and when I went to check in I had a problem with the room, but both the attendant and the manager were ready to resolve the situation.
Clean room, breakfast is simple, but everything is delicious.
The location is perfect as it is literally in front of the beach. Just cross the street.
A tip is to wake up early to watch the sunrise, which is sensational.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontos positivos: localização e a vista do quarto que ficamos é sensacional!
Pontos negativos: serviços de quarto é péssimo, só trocam toalhas e repõe itens se vc ir até a recepção pedir.
Café da manhã fraco, todos os 4 dias faltava café ou leite na garrafa e você tinha que pedir pra uma funcionária com cara de insatisfeita com a vida, e demora muito tempo para repor.
Outro problema, esse até não muito a ver com a pousada foi a falta de energia, foram 2 dias sem energia sendo que em um deles acabou era 7h da manhã e só voltou após as 23h.
Positives: location and view from the room we stayed in is amazing!
Negative points: room service is terrible, they only change towels and replace items if you go to reception to ask.
Poor breakfast, every 4 days there was no coffee or milk in the bottle and you had to ask an employee who looked dissatisfied with life, and it takes a long time to replenish.
Another problem, this one didn't even have much to do with the inn was the lack of energy, there were 2 days without energy and in one of them it ended at 7 am and only came back after 11 pm.

The rest was amazing. Food and views were amazing ❤️❤️❤️
