★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que falar dessa pousada? PÉSSIMA! Nunca fiquei em um lugar tão ruim na minha vida, estragou minha viagem, virou piada entre meus amigos, mas uma coisa tenho certeza, ninguém que eu conheço e peça indicação vem para essa pousada. Cheguei, no primeiro dia, ao ver o quarto cheio de infiltração (uma coisa feia), que incomoda a vista por um valor absurdo igual o preço do outro quarto, parecia que ali, já tinha iniciado, por ser feriado, tentei novamente ficar calma, escondi com os objetos que possuía e a mesa, no caso amenizei a situação. Pensei que seria só isso, mas ali foi só o início do meu pesadelo!!! Ao ligar o ar, o mesmo não funcionava, fomos realocados para outro quarto, porque não teriam como resolver, dormimos e retornamos para o quarto após o conserto do ar, que ficou meia boca, mas passível, afinal não queria estragar minhas férias, só que não pude ter um dia de paz. Resolveram que iriam realizar uma merca de uma obra no esgoto, que teve retorno para o meu quarto, e sujou o banheiro, mandaram alguém vir limpar. Surreal, e aí para fechar com chave de ouro, essa obrinha, causou entupimento do vaso, reclamamos mais vezes e mais vezes, mandavam alguém “resolver”, no caso seria protelar o problema, porque não foi solucionado. Ao falar com a gerente, eles disseram que já sabia do problema do entupimento do vaso e que poderia transbordar a qualquer momento, olha que coisa ótima, já alugaram um quarto ciente dos problemas. Então para finalizar, a acomodação foi péssima, zero conforto, uma enganação e me senti totalmente lesada/prejudicada, o que deveria ser um ótimo feriado foi um transtorno, caso venham, desfrutem da pousada inferno do forte.

I arrived, on the first day, when I saw the room full of infiltration (an ugly thing), which bothers the view for an absurd price equal to the price of the other room, it seemed that there, it had already started, as it was a holiday, I tried again to stay calm , I hid with the objects I had and the table, in this case I eased the situation. I thought it would be just that, but that was just the beginning of my nightmare!!! When turning on the air, it didn't work, we were relocated to another room, because they couldn't solve it, we slept and returned to the room after the air repair, which was half mouthed, but passable, after all, I didn't want to spoil my vacation, only that I couldn't have a day of peace. They decided that they were going to carry out a market for a work in the sewer, which was returned to my room, and the bathroom was dirty, so they sent someone to come and clean it. Surreal, and then to close it with a flourish, this little piece of work caused the vase to clog, we complained more and more often, they sent someone to "solve it", in this case it would be to postpone the problem, because it was not solved. When talking to the manager, they said they already knew about the problem with the clogging of the toilet and that it could overflow at any time, look what a great thing, they have already rented a room aware of the problems. So finally, the accommodation was terrible, zero comfort, a deception and I felt totally injured / harmed, what should be a great holiday was a nuisance, if you come, enjoy the inn hell of the fort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, clean, open hotel. The rooms are super clean and the bed is comfortable! The continental breakfast is great too! It’s walking distance to multiple beaches and the little town shops and restaurants.
Not much of a view, but a great deal. Can’t beat it!
