Pontos negativos falta manutenção as portas tanto do quarto como do banheiro emperrando, vaso sanitário solto e ar condicionado não gela o suficiente passei a noite de calor nem dormi direito e também pedir ao atendente um quarto mais tranquilo mesmo com o hotel vazio ele me colocou em um perto da escada a noite com a chegada dos outros hóspedes passando muito barulho
