★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local muito bonito, piscina grande, bom café da manhã, mas achei que falta iluminação adequada para o local e quarto exclusivo para 2 pessoas, vim com criança e muito pequeno, fora isso muito gostoso o local

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo muito bonito e bem decorado, jardinagem e espaço de laser maravilhoso. O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom, nota 10.
Pontos negativos: quarto muito pequeno e não tem janela no banheiro, se fizer o número 2 já era demora sair o cheiro.
Ventilador antigo só com botão liga e desliga sem controle de velocidade.
Ar condicionado barulhento, antigo e sem controle de velocidade e temperatura.
O pior de tudo é a Prefeitura de Ubatuba cobrar R$ 20,00 de (zona azul) em toda área litorânea, fica um monte de rapazes parecendo assaltantes nas ruas de acesso as praias, parando os carros e cobrando R$20,00, (um absurdo). Já não basta a gente pagar tantos impostos?
Com isso vai espantar turistas pô!!!
All very beautiful and well decorated, gardening and wonderful laser space. The service of the staff is very good, note 10.
Negative points: very small room and there is no window in the bathroom, if you do number 2, the smell would already take a long time to come out.
Old fan only with on and off button without speed control.
Noisy air conditioning, old and no speed and temperature control.
Worst of all is that the City Hall of Ubatuba charges R$ 20.00 (blue zone) in the entire coastal area, there are a lot of boys looking like robbers on the beaches access streets, stopping cars and charging R$ 20.00, ( an absurdity). Isn't it enough for us to pay so many taxes?
This will scare away tourists!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pousada em si tem uma boa estrutura, é muito bonita e conta com um café da manhã muito gostoso, o quarto estava sempre limpinho e cheiroso e os funcionários são muito receptivos.
Tem alguns pontos que gostaria de salientar, o quarto não achei confortável, a cama era um pouco dura e entraram alguns bichos dentro do quarto enquanto estávamos hospedados o que pra mim foi um problema, outra questão foi o wifi que não funcionava, não conseguimos usar. A piscina é muito bonita porém achei suja e sem manutenção a pousada fica a uns 15 minutos de caminhada da praia.
The inn itself has a good structure, is very beautiful and has a very tasty breakfast, the room was always clean and fragrant and the staff are very receptive.
There are some points that I would like to point out, the room was not comfortable, the bed was a little hard and some bugs got into the room while we were staying, which for me was a problem, another issue was the wifi that didn't work, we couldn't use it . The pool is very beautiful but I found it dirty and without maintenance the inn is about 15 minutes walk from the beach.
