 All very new. Well structured with TV, air conditioning, good bed, etc. I had an excellent stay.

Inaugurada um pouco antes da pandemia permaneceu fechada devido a pandemia e agora reabriu....Tudo bem novinho, funcionando direitinho (menos o Wi-Fi mas não é culpa deles e sim da operadora) e confortável....
Os quartos são bem espaçosos e confortáveis, a área externa conta com varais para estender as roupas molhadas (ajudou demais na viagem e deveria ser adotado nas outras pousadas)....
O café da manhã é servido em uma outra pousada da rede mas eles fazem o transfer no horário que solicitamos....
Vale a pena a estadia...
Inn brand new ....
Opened just before the pandemic, it remained closed due to the pandemic and has now reopened .... Everything is brand new, working properly (except Wi-Fi but not their fault but the operator's) and comfortable ....
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the outside area has clotheslines to extend wet clothes (it helped a lot on the trip and should be adopted in other inns) ....
Breakfast is served at another inn in the chain but they make the transfer at the time we request ....
It's worth the stay ...

Great inn with an incredible structure, everything I've seen and read about Jalapão it surpasses a lot, great service, spotless rooms, very clean, great structure, even everything new, it was very worthwhile, and Jalapão 10 is to be congratulated for choosing this inn

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo novo, bem arrumada. Única coisa ruim é que o frigobar estava vazio, só tem um lixeiro dentro do banheiro mas o papel e a pia pra lavar as mãos ficam fora e o chuveiro estasa desalinhado com o centro do box.
Fizeram até uma arrumação especial para o dia dos namorados.
Everything new, very tidy. The only bad thing is that the fridge was empty, there's only a trash can inside the bathroom but the paper and the sink for washing hands are outside and the shower is out of line with the center of the box.
They even made a special arrangement for Valentine's Day.

Minha esposa teve uma crise muito forte de dor e o senhor Rivamar foi o anjo na nossa vida, disponibilizou o próprio carro para eu levar minha esposa ao posto de saúde, me ajudou a encontrar um transfer emergencial para Palmas. Ficou muito chateado e emocionado com a situação de todo o nosso planejamento e espera por uma questão de saúde acabar.
Pessoa de grande coração preocupado com cada hóspede.
Quanto a pousada, tudo novo, organizado e bonito.
Parabéns pela pessoa que o senhor é, e tudo tem que dar certo para pessoas como o senhor que nos ensina a ser melhor.
Vamos voltar e nos hospedar aí.

Rivamar is the owner of the inn and I have no words to thank and say what a great person he is.
My wife had a very strong crisis of pain and Mr. Rivamar was the angel in our life, he made his own car available for me to take my wife to the health center, he helped me find an emergency transfer to Palmas. He was very upset and emotional with the situation of all our planning and waits for a health issue to end.
Big hearted person concerned about every guest.
As for the inn, everything is new, organized and beautiful.
Congratulations for the person you are, and everything has to work out for people like you who teach us to be better.
Let's go back and stay there.

Ambiente limpo, tranquilo e receptivo.
The inn is under renovation, so the restaurant is not working yet. The room we stayed in was comfortable, with a clean bathroom and good beds.
Clean, quiet and welcoming environment.
