 Super structured hostel, clean, very comfortable chalets. The owners are super welcoming. Breakfast was made with great care.

Os chalés são todos bem conservados , fiquei 6 dias no chalé 4 e foram estadias muito prazerosas, o atendimento e a limpeza do local são excelentes, o café da manhã então ... Muito bommmmm , tudo bem servido e com uma vasta opção, o bolo ? é maravilhoso kkkkk só posso recomendar , é muito próximo da cidade e pertinho tem uma padaria e uma cervejaria ? , espero que aproveitem , fizemos até caminhada no fim do dia até um lago que tem nas proximidades do bairro
The inn is sensational !!! The chalets are all well maintained, I stayed 6 days in chalet 4 and were very pleasant stays, the service and cleanliness of the place are excellent, the breakfast... Very good, all well served and with a wide choice, the cake ? it is wonderful kkkkk I can only recommend it , it is very close to the city and close by there is a bakery and a brewery ? , I hope you enjoy , we even took a walk at the end of the day to a lake that is nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De todas as pousadas e hotéis que fomos está foi a que tinha os quartos mais limpo e em ordem. É simples mas muito limpa. O atendimento do Mendonça e esposa é fantástico. E a pousada está em um local muito bom, não está no centro e perto de trilhas e cachoeiras. Café da manhã 10.
Of all the inns and hotels we went to, this one had the cleanest and orderly rooms. It's simple but very clean. The service provided by Mendonça and his wife is fantastic. And the inn is in a very good location, not in the center and close to trails and waterfalls. Breakfast 10.

My family and I had an excellent stay at the Refúgio do Serrano inn, very well looked after by the owners Mendonça and Marlene. Super spacious and clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Mendonça super helpful with everything we need. We will return soon.

My husband and I were on this holiday and we loved it, we felt at home.
Mendonça and his wife Marlene are lovely, very friendly and helpful. The inn is an environment of peace and tranquility facing the mountains and not to mention they even surprised us with a beautiful tribute on our wedding anniversary ❤️
I can't wait to return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place with friendly owners and good chat. The cottages are very well conserved and clean, with air-conditioning, fireplace, shower, tv, dvd and small refrigerator.
