Ar Condicionado não compatível com tamanho do quarto. Não gela! No teto apesar de alto padrão existes buracos no gesso não visíveis daí o ar escapa e entra aranhas...

Mesmo assim a nota é 4 pela boa estrutura e localização do local. Café da manhã ok.
