★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um serviço de quarto com ar condicionado o hotel estava lotado e ficamos sem energia porquê não tem capacidade de atender a demanda de ar-condicionados ligados ao mesmo tempo pedi o dinheiro da hospedagem de volta mas o proprietário se negou devolver só deu 30% do valor e fez deboche a todos nós disse q isso era normal o hospede arcar com prejuízo! Falou q procurasse as autoridades pois quem mandava no negócio dele era ele.
We bought a room service with air conditioning, the hotel was full and we ran out of energy because we are unable to meet the demand for air conditioning connected at the same time, I asked for the money for the accommodation back but the owner refused to return it only gave 30% of the value and debauched all of us said q it was normal for the guest to bear a loss! He said he was looking for the authorities because he was in charge of his business.

Fiz uma compra pelo booking, onde qualquer compra pela internet temos o direito do arrependimento e o proprietário se recusou de todas as formas e perdemos o dinheiro da reserva. Tem pousada próxima MUITO melhor e por preço bem próximo. Experiência péssima e não indico a ninguém. Ainda não devolveram nosso dinheiro mas vamos entrar com um processo contra o estabelecimento.
Worst hostel I've ever been to in my life. I made a purchase through booking, where any purchase over the internet we have the right to regret and the owner refused anyway and we lost the booking money. There is a MUCH better inn nearby and for a very close price. Terrible experience and I don't recommend it to anyone. We have not yet refunded our money but we are going to file a lawsuit against the establishment.

En la mañana había pedido para quedarme una noche más y salí a conocer la ciudad, cuando volví habían sacado todas mis cosas del cuarto, entiendo que la confusion se debió a otras personas que salieron pero me pareció totalmente irrespetuoso.
The truth is I don't give it more stars due to a confusion that there was. In the morning I had asked to stay one more night and I went out to see the city, when I returned they had taken all my things out of the room, I understand that the confusion was due to other people who left but it seemed totally disrespectful.
