★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos muito bem atendidos, local muito bonito e pousada super bem cuidada, vale a pena conhecer, cachoeira nos fundos, sauna e piscina e um excelente café da manhã.
 We were very well attended, very beautiful place and super well maintained inn, it is worth knowing, waterfall in the back, sauna and pool and an excellent breakfast.

Wonderful hostel, comfortable rooms and very clean. Privileged location, 400m from the entrance to the park which is stunning! Excellent breakfast! We were treated with great affection! Everyone is very attentive! Super nominate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pousada serra do caparaó fica bem pertinho da entrada mineira do parque do caparaó, esse é o único ponto positivo do local.
A pousada possui um jardim e uma área externa realmente muito bonita. Mas para estadia não achei que vale a pena. O valor cobrado seria para uma pousada com maior conforto na parte interna tbm. Entretanto a pousada não oferece esse conforto, as camas são de alvenaria muito pequenas, frias, colchão ruim, no meu quarto a porta do banheiro estava quebrada, e o café da manhã é bem inferior ao valor da diária. Fiquei 3 noites e apenas um dia serviram um suco natural. No outro dia era só para os familiares da dona. Fiquei bem decepcionada com o atendimento e conforto do local.
The Pousada Serra do Caparaó is very close to the Minas Gerais entrance to Parque do Caparaó, this is the only positive point of the place.
The inn has a garden and a really beautiful outdoor area. But for the stay I didn't think it was worth it. The amount charged would be for an inn with greater comfort inside too. However, the inn does not offer this comfort, the beds are very small masonry, cold, bad mattress, in my room the bathroom door was broken, and breakfast is much lower than the daily rate. I stayed 3 nights and only one day they served a natural juice. The other day it was just for the owner's family. I was very disappointed with the service and comfort of the place.
