★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cinco dias tento contato com a pousada, ligo para o número informado, passei mensagem pelo WhatsApp, não tive resposta. Acho uma falta se atenção muito grande com os clientes. Se postam um contato, era pra atender, se mudou o número, era também para atualizar. Depois fui ver os comentários, e vi que tem muitas negativas. Acredito que foi até melhor não ter conseguido. Deixo aqui o meu ponto mais que negativo.
 Five days ago I tried to contact the inn, I called the number provided, I sent a message on WhatsApp, I had no response. I think it lacks a lot of attention to customers. If you post a contact, it was to answer, if you changed the number, it was also to update. Then I went to see the comments, and I saw that there are many negatives. I think it was even better not to have made it. I leave here my point more than negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de conhecer a pousada, vim aqui ver os comentários, e tinha muitos comentários ruins, mesmo assim fui passar o carnaval com a minha família e a verdade é que superou minhas expectativas, os quartos são simples nada de muito tecnológico, mas o conforto e a atenção que eles nos dão é o diferencial, principalmente dos funcionários, sempre disponíveis para nos ajudar, clima bastante agradável, o café da manhã é bem farto, tem de tudo, bolos, pães, tapiocas, cuscuz, frutas e etc..amei foi uma experiência divertida para mim e minha família, indico muito!!
Obs: na minha opinião a pousada fornece de acordo com o valor que vc está pagando, aqui tem muitos comentários negativos pq as pessoas querem pagar pouco e querem desfrutar de um hotel cinco estrelas.
Before visiting the inn, I came here to see the reviews, and there were many bad reviews, even so I went to spend the carnival with my family and the truth is that it exceeded my expectations, the rooms are simple, nothing too technological, but the comfort and the attention they give us is what makes the difference, especially the staff, always available to help us, very pleasant atmosphere, breakfast is very hearty, there is everything, cakes, breads, tapiocas, couscous, fruits and etc.. I loved it It was a fun experience for me and my family, I highly recommend it!!
Note: in my opinion the inn provides according to the amount you are paying, here there are many negative comments because people want to pay little and want to enjoy a five star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi incrivel 2 adultos 1 Adolescente e 1 Criança, tivemos rede em frente ao nosso quarto que era pequeno e mesmo sendo de tijolo é bem aconchegate e combinou com a estética, 1 Cama de casal e 2 de solteiro que serviram perfeitamente, o banheiro tinha chuveiro aquecido e também local de colocar as bolsas e toalhas. Ambiente agradável e silencioso mesmo sendo de frente à piscina. O Café da manhã bem extenso e com várias opções. O que deixo de ponto não tão positivo é a Tv não por ser pequena, mas por não pegar YouTube ou inyernet em geral, e também a internet que as caía bastante acho que por ser muito longe da recepção. Por ser um local de clima frio o ventilador nao foi um grande incomodo, Tirando isso tudo maravilhoso, voltarei com certeza.
Dando vista à muitos comentarios negativos, venho aqui avisar que minha ida ao local foi à 1 ano atrás literalmente no começo de 2021 dia 02 de janeiro. Li e re-li os comentarios mais recentes e vejo que muitos deles são negativos, ou seja, depois que visitamos o local é que começaram à ter reclamações, finalizo aqui minha observação sobre o devido local e repito que, essa foi minha experiência na data prevista por mim, não sou de Viçosa e assim, nunca mais visitei o local. Expero que todos tenham suas exigências supridas pelo local, pois não desejo mal passar para ninguém em uma viajem que deveria ser feliz!
My experience was incredible 2 adults 1 Teenager and 1 Child, we had a hammock in front of our room which was small and even though it is made of brick it is very cozy and combined with the aesthetics, 1 double bed and 2 single beds that served perfectly, the bathroom It had a heated shower and also a place to put bags and towels. Pleasant and quiet environment despite being in front of the pool. The breakfast was extensive and with many options. What I leave not so positive is the TV not because it is small, but because it doesn't get YouTube or inyernet in general, and also the internet that drops a lot, I think because it's too far from the reception. As it is a place with a cold climate, the fan was not a big inconvenience. Apart from all this wonderful, I will come back for sure.
Given the many negative comments, I come here to warn you that my trip to the place was 1 year ago literally at the beginning of 2021 on January 2nd. I read and re-read the most recent comments and I see that many of them are negative, that is, after we visited the place, they started to have complaints, I end here my observation about the proper place and I repeat that, this was my experience at the time predicted by me, I'm not from Viçosa and so I never visited the place again. I hope that everyone has their requirements met by the place, because I don't want to hurt anyone on a trip that should be happy!
