★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Mal chegamos e já havia uma senhora nos cobrando a dia antecipadamente. Não existe nem recepção. Achei um absurdo! Esse lugar poderia se chamar Pousada Serve bem Mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura muito Boa, pois a pousada passou por reforma recentemente. Os quartos são equipados com televisão de 22 polegadas, frigobar, escrivaninha, banheiro privativo e ar condicionado. O atendimento na recepção também é bom.
Porém, é importante ressaltar que tem serviço de quarto, a recepção não funciona 24h, fornecem edredom e trocam as toalhas diariamente.
Very good structure, because the hostel has been renovated recently. The rooms are equipped with 22-inch television, refrigerator, desk, private bathroom and air conditioning. The service at the reception is also good.
However, it is important to have room service, reception does not work 24h, provide duvet and exchange the towels daily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pousada é para viajantes vendedores e técnicos, seu estilo é simples, com ar condicionado e frigobar, sua localização é Boa, pois fica no centro da cidade e próximo ao Porto. O café da manhã bem simples. No horário diurno e noturno há um restaurante ao lado onde nos serve muito bem. No almoço e no jantar.
The hostel is for salespeople and technicians travelers, its style is simple, with air conditioning and minibar, its location is good, as it is in the city center and close to Porto. Breakfast very simple. During the day and night there is a restaurant next door where it serves us very well. At lunch and dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não merece 4 estrelas. Cobra muito caro as diárias para os serviços que não tem, tipo: café da manhã de péssima qualidade. Banheiros péssimos e quartos abafados e apertados. Não gostei. Não recomendo
It doesn't deserve 4 stars. It charges very expensive daily rates for services that you don't have, like: poor quality breakfast. Bad bathrooms and stuffy, cramped rooms. Did not like. I do not recommend
