Great to spend the night, breakfast with many options. But I stayed in one of the rooms facing the street and it was quite noisy.

A pousada erra em não ter uma administração ativa, poderiam e deveriam ser mais pró-ativos.
Digo , porque recentemente tive um problema de erro de digitação na operacao , após pedir pagamento em débito, a recepcionista entendeu mal e passou em credito. Instantes depois, retornei pra tentar o estorno e efetivar o pagamento em débito. O cara que estava lá na hora foi até alguém superior e retornou dizendo que eu deveria retornar mais tarde , quando a gerência estivesse presente, noa resolveu. Já foi um incomodo.
Mais tarde, entrei novamente em contato, na tentativa de conseguir o estorno enquanto ainda era o mesmo dia, não conseguiria isso no dia seguinte. Novamente me informaram que a gerência não se encontrava e que ninguém mais poderia resolver para mim.
" Retorna amanhã," disse a atendente.
Me senti ignorado realmente . Me propus em pelo menos duas ocasiões a resolver a situação, mas , infelizmente faltou atitude por parte da gerência "ausente " e distante para resolver o que realmente importa, a satisfação do cliente.
Infelizmente, tenho que tecer esse tipo de comentário por aqui, até porque , se fosse lanteclamar , talvez a gerência não estivesse lá para ouvir. Uma pena, o lugar é agradável, mas mal gerenciado.
The place is very nice. Good apartments, very clean bathrooms, well sanitized. The breakfast also matches well.
The inn errs in not having an active administration, they could and should be more proactive.
I say, because I recently had a typing error problem in the operation, after asking for debit payment, the receptionist misunderstood and passed on credit. Moments later, I returned to try the chargeback and effect the debit payment. The guy who was there at the time went to someone higher up and got back saying that I should come back later, when the management was present, it didn't fix it. It used to be a nuisance.
I later contacted again in an attempt to get the chargeback while it was still the same day, I wouldn't get it the next day. Again I was informed that the management was not there and that no one else could solve it for me.
"Come back tomorrow," said the attendant.
I really felt ignored. I proposed on at least two occasions to resolve the situation, but unfortunately the "absent" and distant management lacked attitude to resolve what really matters, customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately, I have to make this kind of comment here, because, if I were to cry, maybe the management wouldn't be there to hear it. A pity, the place is nice but poorly managed.
