★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei o Natal 2021 com a família na pousada... a estrutura é boa, instalações agradáveis e o café da manhã saboroso. Contudo muito desagradáveis os funcionários da recepção, o tempo todo de cara feia e fazendo-nos sentir que estávamos incomodando. Já na chegada, qdo entramos, o funcionário que nos atendeu ao invés de dar as boas vindas perguntar como fomos de viagem, perguntou:vcs sabem que o check in é as 14hrs, né? Ficamos sem entender pois eram 13:17hrs.... ficamos sem entender, olhamos um para o outro, para os filhos e netinha, como a se perguntar: saímos e voltamos mais tarde? Do nada o cara passou a dar prosseguimento no check.... e foi assim durante os demais dias.
Ah a moça da copa no café da manhã é uma simpatia. Mas o recepção não nada hospitaleira. Não voltarei mais.
 I spent Christmas 2021 with my family at the inn... the structure is good, the facilities pleasant and the breakfast tasty. However very unpleasant reception staff, all the time scowling and making us feel like we were intruding. On arrival, when we entered, the employee who attended us, instead of welcoming us to ask how we went on the trip, asked: you guys know that the check in is at 14:00, right? We didn't understand because it was 13:17hrs.... we didn't understand, we looked at each other, at the children and granddaughter, as if to ask: do we go out and come back later? Out of nowhere, the guy went on with the check.... and it was like that during the other days.
Ah, the pantry girl at breakfast is a sympathy. But the reception is not anything hospitable. I will not come back.

Café da manhã ótimo e os funcionários super solícitos e atenciosos.
Piscina extremamente agradável e super limpa.
Serviço de quarto muito bom.
Toalhas de banho e jogo de cama extremamente limpos.
Deixo apenas duas observações:
- a informação que a praia mais próxima é imprópria para banho deveria ser mais explícita, principalmente para hóspedes de primeira viagem;
- além disso , acredito ser importante haver uma instrução melhor para os hóspedes quanto às praias mais próximas.
O cafezinho da tarde de cortesia é de um cuidado sem tamanho com os hóspedes.
Com certeza voltarei.

Great breakfast and super helpful and attentive staff.
Extremely nice pool and super clean.
Very good room service.
Extremely clean towels and bedding.
I leave only two observations:
- the information that the nearest beach is unsuitable for swimming should be more explicit, especially for first-time guests;
- in addition, I believe it is important to have better instructions for guests about the nearest beaches.
The complimentary afternoon coffee is inordinately careful with guests.
I will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pousada super aconchegante! Quartos grandes e cheirosos, atendimento excelente por todos os funcionários, localização excelente, bem próximo do centrinho. Disponibilizam um café delicioso de cortesia a tarde e é nítido o cuidado e carinho desde a arrumação dos quartos até o preparo dos cafés e atendimento em geral. Vale muito a pena!
Super cozy hostel! Large and fragrant rooms, excellent service by all staff, excellent location, very close to the center. They offer a delicious complimentary coffee in the afternoon and the care and affection is clear from the cleaning of the rooms to the preparation of coffees and service in general. It's really worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel bacana. Bem localizado, quartos amplos, limpos, ar condicionado, varanda e ambiente bem cuidado. Não deixaram cobertor no quarto, então tivemos que pedir na recepção e nos forneceram sem problemas.. O café da manhã tem poucas variedades, dá pro gasto, mas podiam diversificar mais!
Nice hotel. Well located, large, clean rooms, air conditioning, balcony and well maintained environment. They didn't leave a blanket in the room, so we had to ask at reception and they provided us with no problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pousada maravilhosa, os funcionários são educados e prestativos, conta com ótimo café da manhã e os quartos tem um bom tamanho assim como o banheiro e a limpeza é impecável, os quartos superiores tem uma sacada com rede muito boa, fora a piscina que uma delícia para relaxar. Super recomendo.
Wonderful hostel, the staff are polite and helpful, it has a great breakfast and the rooms are a good size as well as the bathroom and the cleanliness is impeccable, the superior rooms have a balcony with a very good hammock, outside the pool, which is a delight to relax. I highly recommend.

Custo benefício excelente.
Primeira pousada que me hospedo e não sinto cheiro de mofo.
A limpeza dos quartos é diária e a troca de roupa de cama e toalhas ocorre a cada 2 dias.
O café da manhã é muito bom, com variedade de pães, bolos, frutas, sucos, iogurte e etc, com a máxima higiene e proteção dos alimentos.
Gostaria de deixar um obrigado especial para as meninas da cozinha.
Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar aqui.

Excellent value for money.
First hostel I stay and I don't smell mold.
Rooms are cleaned daily and bed linen and towels are changed every 2 days.
The breakfast is very good, with a variety of breads, cakes, fruits, juices, yogurt, etc., with maximum hygiene and food protection.
I would like to give a special thank you to the girls in the kitchen.
I will definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pousada excelente no centro de Ubatuba. Localizada a cerca de 5 quarteirões da rua principal em bairro calmo, arborizado e seguro. Vagas descobertas, sempre com alguma disponível apesar da lotação máxima da pousada.
Estrutura de hotel, com recepção 24h. Chegamos de madrugada e nenhum problema na entrada: o quarto estava totalmente arrumado, incluindo os detalhes previamente solicitados. Limpeza de quarto diária, ar condicionado silencioso e cama grande e confortável.
O café da manhã possui alguma variedade de doces, salgados e frutas (incluindo da própria propriedade), não surpreende mas não deixa a desejar.
Destaque para os funcionários: equipe extremamente atenciosa e simpática, em especial a do café da manhã.
Voltaria novamente e recomendo a estadia!
excellent hostel in the center of Ubatuba. Located about 5 blocks from the main street in a quiet neighborhood, green and safe. Jobs discovered, always with some available despite maximal capacity of the hostel.
Structure hotel with 24-hour reception. We arrived early in the morning and no problems at the entrance: the room was quite tidy, including the details previously requested. Daily cleaning the room, silent air conditioning and large comfortable bed.
Breakfast has some variety of sweet, savory and fruit (including the property itself), not surprising but does not lack.
Especially the staff: extremely helpful and friendly staff, especially the breakfast.
I would go back again and recommend it to stay!
