Hoje sou um novo ser, não só fisicamente como psicologicamente. Parei para observar comentários negativos de pessoas que nunca passaram pelo ambiente da academia, e vejo quanto a boa qualidade do atendimento e a competência dos profissionais la existentes incomodam a ponto de tentarem da forma mais irrelevante denegrir a imagem do estabelecimento.

I trained for three years at Power Fitness with professionals who seriously helped me not only eliminate 13 kg, but also raise my self-esteem. Today I am a new being, not only physically but psychologically. I stopped to observe negative comments from people who never went through the gym, and I see how good the quality of the service and the competence of the existing professionals bother to the point of trying in the most irrelevant way to denigrate the image of the establishment.
I am Power Fitness Academy! I recommend!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oferece uma boa estrutura, equipamentos conservados, o local é limpo e organizado, senti falta apenas de uma ventilação maior na parte de cima. onde tem as aulas funcionais, só o trecho da frente fica ventilado. Com relação ao atendimento, de início tive dificuldade, faltou um pouco de atenção por parte dos instrtrutores que não davam o devido acompanhamento, se tratando de um aluno novo.
Tive que fazer uma reclamação com a dona que por sinal foi bastante compreensiva, e tratou com os funcionários, que depois disso fizeram melhor seu trabalho. Porém isso pra mim foi um ponto negativo porque nós como consumidores não deveríamos receber o atendimento adequado só após reclamar. Isso é desconfortável. Mas tirando isso (que é o principal), tive uma experiência agradável lá.

I had to make a complaint with the owner, who by the way was very understanding, and dealt with the employees, who after that did their job better. However, for me this was a negative point because we as consumers should not receive adequate service only after complaining. This is uncomfortable. But aside from that (which is the main thing), I had a pleasant experience there.
