O som não pode parar! E se está parando é porque sua reprodução está sendo afetada pelos alto-falantes. Se caiu água ou o aparelho sofreu uma queda brusca, talvez seja preciso trocar os alto-falantes.

Há muito tempo meu pai mandou uma câmera fotográfica para arrumar e os caras simplesmente perderam a câmera! E não ressarciram absolutamente nada. Ficou apenas como um “ocorrido infeliz”.
Tudo bem, continuei frequentando.
Troquei algumas telas de celulares ao longo dos anos, ok.
Fui lá última vez, meu IPhone 7 quebrou a tela e eu fui lá pra arrumar.
Eles trocaram por uma tela de péssima qualidade, cobrando um preço muito absurdo.
Eles não avaliaram inteiramente o problema do meu celular, simplesmente trocaram a tela e ficou por isso. Quando fui para casa reparei que as cores estavam horríveis e que haviam manchas na tela.
Voltei na loja, pois estava na garantia de 30 dias deles, e eles novamente não avaliaram meu problema. Apenas trocaram.
No dia seguinte a tela simplesmente não funcionava mais, parou por completo. Imediatamente deixei-o de lado e logo após voltei a loja.
Meu celular deformou na queda e eles não se deram o trabalho de analisar isso, e o que aconteceu? A tela trincou sozinha. Pois estava deformado, eles só colocaram outra tela em cima e ficou por isso.
Fui explicar isso ao funcionário e ele simplesmente tirou sarro da minha cara. Primeiramente ele disse que eu a película estava quebrada, eu dizendo que não era a película por eu não havia derrubado o celular, então não tinha como quebrar a película.
E ele insistindo de que eu deixei cair e quebrei de novo a tela.
Ele foi tirar a película pra tentar provar que eu estava errada e quebrou a cara. Porém continuou me chamando de mentirosa e disse que iria chamar o gerente.
Fiquei esperando o gerente que fez o que? Também me chamou de mentirosa e tirou sarro da minha cara.
Ou seja, ZERO CONSIDERAÇÃO COM O CLIENTE E PREÇOS MUITO ABUSIVOS PARA PRODUTOS PORCARIA!!!
Eu fui logo no shopping em frente e o cara analisou o meu problema, trocou a tela por uma MUITO melhor, com um touch e cores melhores E com 6 MESES DE GARANTIA! E eu nunca mais tive problema.
Os caras dessa Power Máquinas são uns arrogantes que não tem consideração nenhuma pelos clientes. E olha que eu era cliente antiga! Então não recomendo!!!

A long time ago my dad sent a camera to fix and the guys just lost the camera! And they paid absolutely nothing. It was just an "unfortunate event."
Alright, I kept going.
I changed some cell phone screens over the years, ok.
Went there last time, my IPhone 7 broke the screen and I went there to tidy up.
They traded for a lousy screen, charging a very absurd price.
They did not fully evaluate the problem of my phone, they simply switched the screen and that's why. When I went home I noticed that the colors were horrible and there were stains on the screen.
I came back to the store because it was under their 30-day warranty, and they again didn't evaluate my problem. They just changed.
The next day the screen just didn't work anymore, it stopped completely. I immediately set it aside and soon after returned to the store.
My cell phone deformed in the fall and they didn't bother to analyze it, and what happened? The screen cracked by itself. Because it was deformed, they just put another screen on top and that's why.
I went to explain it to the clerk and he just made fun of me. First he said that the film was broken, me saying it was not the film because I had not dropped the phone, so there was no way to break the film.
And him insisting that I dropped and smashed the screen again.
He went to take the film to try to prove me wrong and broke his face. But he kept calling me a liar and said he would call the manager.
I was waiting for the manager who did what? He also called me a liar and made fun of me.
That is, ZERO CUSTOMER CONSIDERATION AND VERY ABUSIVE PRICES FOR CRACK PRODUCTS !!!
I went straight to the mall and the guy analyzed my problem, changed the screen for a MUCH better, with a touch and better colors and with 6 MONTHS GUARANTEE! And I never had a problem again.
The guys at this Power Machines are arrogant guys who have no regard for their customers. And look, I was an old customer! So I do not recommend it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não sei se a loja do Boulevard é a mesma que a o Market Paulista, mas eu solicitei um orçamento para reparar o meu Mi 9T que não estava carregando e o técnico antes de dar o preço ou diagnóstico, limpou o conector USB-c (que estava bem sujo) e não cobrou nada. Diferente de outra assistência que já condenou a bateria e cobrou 180 reais antes mesmo de tocar no aparelho. Aparentemente meu celular está ok e funcionando, mas independente disso, a transparência foi essencial para esta avaliação. Sobre a parte técnica da empresa, não posso opinar por não ter utilizado.
I don't know if the Boulevard store is the same as the Market Paulista, but I asked for a quote to repair my Mi 9T that I was not carrying and the technician, before giving the price or diagnosis, cleaned the USB-c connector (which it was very dirty) and didn't charge anything. Unlike other assistance that has already condemned the battery and charged 180 reais before even touching the device. Apparently my cell phone is ok and working, but regardless, transparency was essential for this assessment. Regarding the technical part of the company, I cannot express my opinion for not having used it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um Iphone 6 que não ligava. Enquanto outras assistências cobraram 150 para trocar o conector, eles detectaram que o mesmo estava apenas um pouco solto, conectaram e voltou a funcionar. Não cobraram pelo serviço. Senti confiança e transparência neles.
I took an Iphone 6 that didn't turn on. While other assistants charged 150 to change the connector, they detected that it was just a little loose, connected and went back to work. They did not charge for the service. I felt trust and transparency in them.

Após cobrarem caro polo reparo de uma tela de celular, ela rachou sozinha na mesma semana.
O DONO da loja me atendeu no retorno e recusou a aceitar que tinha sido um erro deles, quis cobrar o mesmo valor (incluindo R$ 110 de serviço). Se recusa a cumprir a garantia de 3 meses que eles dizem oferecer.
Agiram de modo não profissional, me acusando de inventar problemas e dizendo que "Nosso trabalho não dá problema, estamos a 18 anos na paulista. Só da problema se a peça tiver defeito".
Não confiem! Tem outras lojas melhores e mais baratas no mesmo shopping.
I went to the Market Paulista store, but they removed the Google Maps store because of the number of complaints.
After charging expensively to repair a cell phone screen, it cracked all by itself in the same week.
The OWNER of the store attended me on my return and refused to accept that it was their mistake, wanted to charge the same amount (including R$110 for service). Refuses to fulfill the 3-month warranty they claim to offer.
They acted in an unprofessional way, accusing me of inventing problems and saying that "Our work doesn't cause a problem, we've been in São Paulo for 18 years. It only gives a problem if the part is defective".
Don't trust! There are other better and cheaper stores in the same mall.
