Na semana passada estivemos no local (minha família) e fomos atendidos pelo NORMAN, que pessoa maravilhosa e iluminada. O cozinheiro um espetáculo, gostamos do atendimento e da comida. Observamos a limpeza do estabelecimento e era sensacional, o que não deixou a desejar. Saímos satisfeitos.
Conclusão:
Voltamos está semana, e pra nossa surpresa fomos severamente mal atendidos, o NORMAN não estava na estabelecimento, estava uma peruana, extremamente má educada desde a hora que chegamos no bar. Fizemos nossos pedidos e nenhuma atenção nos foi dada, o atendimento foi péssimo. As 23 hrs , a pessoa do sexo feminino que estava no bar, simplesmente jogou a conta na nossa cara , informando que teríamos que ir embora. Um verdadeiro absurdo. Depois de muita discussão, com a pessoa sendo extremamente arrogante conosco (inclusive dizendo que não precisa de clientes) , nos sentimos obrigados a ir embora. Aí no banheiro feminino, ficamos sabendo que *a moça* extremamente mau educada era esposa do NORMAN , e estava sabotando o bar pra poder viabilizar uma separação!!! O que o cliente tem a ver com ISSO?
NORMAN, estamos na torcida pra que seu bar vingue. Seu cozinheiro é sensacional , vc uma pessoa formidável, insista. Espero voltar e te encontrar. Não deixe essa pessoa mau humorada estragar seu negócio.
Voltaremos porém se ela estiver a frente, esperamos que feche e que este ser repugnante volte ao peru e vá viver a vida lá. Se vc estiver a frente NORMAN seremos seus discípulos no Brasil, seja bem vindo meu grande amigo, sem nem te conhecer direito.
Voltaremos se vc nos atender novamente!!!
Our history at Peruvian Pans was the best and worst possible. I'm gonna explain:
Last week we were at the place (my family) and were met by NORMAN, what a wonderful and enlightened person. The cook a show, we like the service and the food. We observed the cleanliness of the property and it was sensational, which left nothing to be desired. We left satisfied.
Conclusion:
We came back this week, and to our surprise we were severely neglected, NORMAN was not in the establishment, was a Peruvian, extremely polite since the time we arrived at the bar. We placed our orders and no attention was given to us, the service was terrible. At 23 hrs, the female person at the bar simply threw the bill in our face, stating that we would have to leave. A real nonsense. After much discussion, with the person being extremely arrogant with us (including saying they don't need clients), we felt obliged to leave. Then in the ladies' room, we learned that * the extremely rude * girl * was NORMAN's wife, and was sabotaging the bar in order to make a separation viable !!! What does the customer have to do with IT?
NORMAN, we're cheering for your bar to succeed. Your cook is amazing, you are a formidable person, insist. I hope to come back and find you. Do not let this grumpy person ruin your business.
We'll be back though if she's ahead, hopefully it will close and this disgusting being will come back to turkey and live life there. If you are ahead of NORMAN we will be your disciples in Brazil, welcome my great friend, without even knowing you well.
We'll be back if you meet us again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful simple Peruvian restaurant without excessive culinary pretensions. Beer (Heineken 600 ml bottles at 13 real) pretty fairly priced as well. When we went on a Wednesday night most starters had unfortunately sold out, but the arroz chaufa mista was nice and tasty. All in all a good place to go for a simple to mid-range meal.
