★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A despeito da apresentação do lugar, tudo novinho, organizado e aparentemente limpo, algumas coisas ficaram muito a desejar.
Cheguei com minha família, esposa e 3 crianças. Trouxeram 4 pratos, com duas facas e 3 garfos, dos quais 2 estavam sujos com resto de comida, pedimos pra trocar, nos trouxeram outros talheres, e adivinha? Também estavam sujos, acabei limpando um deles com guardanapo e alcool em gel pra minha filha comer enquanto eu mesmo resolvi comer com a mão.
No cardápio diz que um copo de suco de uva contém 400ml, pedimos um, e para minha surpresa, a garrafa de coca KS de 290ml encheu o mesmo copo e sobrou na garrafa, ou seja, vendem um copo com menos de 300 ml de suco como se tivesse 400ml.
A carne pedimos ao ponto, e erraram nisso também, veio dura e bem mais que bem passada.
O local apesar de bem arejado ficou todo enfumaçado, ou seja, se não se importa em ficar defumado, é uma boa pedida.
Pra finalizar, quando fui pagar, informei que o cartão era de aproximação, a atendente ignorou, pegou o cartão da minha mão e mesmo eu avisando novamente que era aproximação fez o procedimento pra eu pagar com senha, avisei novamente que era aproximação, 3x, e o outro atendente disse que a maquina não tinha aproximação e repetiu o processo, e não surpreendente, quando fui digitar a senha, verifiquei que a maquina da marca SAFRA, contém o simbolo de aproximação.
Sendo assim, não recomendo o lugar pra quem quer almoçar com familia, se quer um happy hour pra beber, não se importar com o clima boteco, lá é uma boa pedida.

I arrived with my family, wife and 3 children. They brought 4 plates, with two knives and 3 forks, of which 2 were dirty with leftover food, we asked to change, they brought us other cutlery, and guess what? They were also dirty, I ended up cleaning one of them with a napkin and gel alcohol for my daughter to eat while I decided to eat it myself.
On the menu it says that a glass of grape juice contains 400ml, we ordered one, and to my surprise, the 290ml KS coke bottle filled the same glass and was left over in the bottle, that is, they sell a glass with less than 300 ml of juice as if it had 400ml.
The meat we ordered medium, and they got it wrong too, it came hard and much more than well done.
The place, despite being well ventilated, was all smoky, that is, if you don't mind being smoked, it's a good choice.
Finally, when I went to pay, I informed that the card was for approximation, the attendant ignored it, took the card from my hand and even though I warned again that it was approximation, she did the procedure for me to pay with a password, I warned again that it was approximation, 3x, and the other attendant said that the machine had no approximation and repeated the process, and not surprisingly, when I went to type the password, I found that the SAFRA brand machine contains the approximation symbol.
So, I don't recommend the place for those who want to have lunch with the family, if you want a happy hour to drink, don't mind the pub atmosphere, it's a good option.
