★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um local bonito com um monumento considerável, porém sem muitas informações. Acredito que seja algo ligado a casa portuguesa, que deve ser alguns associação criada por descendentes de portuguêses.
Local poderia ser mais bem tratado, é um espaço tranquilo, a colocação de alguns polaca seria interessante, explicando o por que do monumento.
A instalação de algum equipamento para atividade física seria muito bem vindo.
Existem várias plantas e árvores.

 A beautiful place with a considerable monument, but without much information. I believe it is something connected to the Portuguese house, which must be some association created by Portuguese descendants.
The place could be better treated, it is a quiet space, the placement of some Polish would be interesting, explaining why the monument.
