★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço lento e despreocupado com os clientes, fui almoçar com meus colegas de trabalho. Pedimos 2 pratos que no cardápio dizia ser refeições servidas todos os dias, ficamos mais de 30 min esperando é saímos sem almoçar devido ao nosso horário de almoço ter terminado. Não houve nenhuma satisfação por parte das atendentes de porque a demora. Atendentes despreparadas, uma colega solicitou um prato do cardápio e a atendente informou que aquela refeição so era servida após as 17h, a dúvida é porque não nos informou quais os horários de atendimento de cada estabelecimento quando nos entregou o cardápio. Em outro momento uma cliente deixou a mesa e ninguém foi limpar o local, um novo grupo de clientes se sentou nessa mesa, ainda suja e ninguém veio atendê-los e/ou limpar a mesa, os clientes se retiraram do local. Atendimento péssimo, não é a primeira vez que isso ocorre, pensei que haviam melhorado, mas continuam com a mesma má qualidade. A impressão e que tem de 1 boca de fogão ou poucas panelas, pois os pratos saem de 1 em 1. Sem condições de servirem almoço, se for para ser assim peçam pros clientes fazerem fila e vão entregando os pratos. Qualquer boteco do Porto é mais organizado e ágil do que esse lugar.
Slow service and carefree with customers, I went to lunch with my coworkers. We ordered 2 dishes that on the menu said to be meals served every day, we waited more than 30 minutes and left without lunch due to our lunch hour being over. There was no satisfaction on the part of the attendants because of the delay. Unprepared attendants, a colleague asked for a dish from the menu and the attendant informed that that meal was only served after 5 pm, the question is because she did not tell us the opening hours of each establishment when she gave us the menu. At another time, a customer left the table and no one went to clean the place, a new group of customers sat at this table, still dirty and no one came to serve them and/or clean the table, the customers left the place. Terrible service, this is not the first time this has happened, I thought they had improved, but they still have the same poor quality. The impression is that it has 1 stove burner or few pans, because the dishes come out 1 at 1. Unable to serve lunch, if it is to be like this, ask customers to line up and deliver the dishes. Any boteco in Porto is more organized and agile than this place.
