★ ★ ★ ★ ★ . Ocupando uma área de aproximadamente 1.300 metros quadrados, a praça esta localizada entre as avenidas Maysa e Reginaldo Zeidan.
Como em outras áreas da cidade, a nova praça tem academia ao ar livre, playground, jardinagem, acessibilidade e um pergolado – espécie de galeria feito de duas séries de colunas paralelas – de madeira com mesas para jogos. Haverá ainda uma área para estacionamento e nova iluminação.
Para facilitar o acesso de pedestres ao local, equipes da autarquia de Serviços de Obras de Maricá (Somar) construiram um redutor de velocidade ao lado da praça. Além de outros dois obstáculos do tipo ‘quebra-molas’ na Avenida Maysa.
. Occupying an area of approximately 1,300 square meters, the square is located between Maysa and Reginaldo Zeidan avenues.
As in other areas of the city, the new square has an outdoor gym, playground, gardening, accessibility and a wooden pergola – a kind of gallery made of two series of parallel columns – with tables for games. There will also be a parking area and new lighting.
To facilitate pedestrian access to the site, teams from the Maricá Public Works Authority (Somar) built a speed reducer next to the square. In addition to two other 'speed breaker' obstacles on Avenida Maysa.
