Fiz questão de avaliar bem porque sei que as pessoas só tem costume de avaliar quando não gostam, e aí acabam com a credibilidade dos lugares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, gostaira de deixar minha reclamação e sugestões para sua casa.
Ontem fui na Pizzaria para comemorar meu aniversário. Chegando lá um local extremamente quente e vidros fechados sem poder abrir. Atendimento péssimo, nunca vi o garçon atender e fazer caipirinhas e coquetéis. Quando pedi um chopp demorou uns 15 minutos sendo que os poucos garçons que tinha estavam conversando. Quando veio o Chopp estaca quente (absurdo) e ainda escutei que esta com vários pedidos sendo que a casa estava com 20 pessoas no máximo.
Sem falar no Som alto e tocando Rock metal, numa casa nada assim, creio que seria som ambiente é ideal. NO que Reclamei e o garçon disse que um cliente pediu, oras, um cliente pediu e outros tem que aguentar, nunca vi isto. Solicitando para mudar não fui atendido e o som incomodou demais que não conseguia conversa com minha esposa. Quanto entrada é a Pizza não tenho o que reclamar. Mas se fosse você faria mudanças ...grato

Yesterday I went to the Pizzeria to celebrate my birthday. Arriving there in an extremely hot place and windows closed without being able to open. Terrible service, I never saw the waiter serve and make caipirinhas and cocktails. When I asked for a beer, it took about 15 minutes and the few waiters I had were talking. When the Chopp was hot (absurd) and I still heard that this was with several requests and the house had a maximum of 20 people.
Not to mention Loud Sound and playing Rock Metal, in a house nothing like that, I think it would be ambient sound is ideal. NO what I complained and the waiter said that a customer asked, well, a customer asked and others have to endure, I have never seen this. Asking to change, I was not answered and the sound bothered me so much that I couldn't talk to my wife. As for the pizza, I have nothing to complain about. But if it were you would make changes ...thankful

Restaurante complementarmente vazio, mesa bamba e antiga, serviço ruim, gerente atendendo com pressa, calzone super oleoso e pesado, calabresa ruim, taça de vinho grosseiro, além do da garrafa custar uma fortuna. (125,00 vinho chileno que custa no ML 20,00!!!!). A minha conta veio com o nome do vinho errado e quando eu questionei o gerente disse: é isso mesmo, está errado mas o valor está certo.
De qq forma, nunca mais voltaremos lá e não indico para ninguém. Experiência ruim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor pizza da região disparada. Ambiente muito bonito e agradável. Apesar de ter alguns garçons novos, outros são experientes e super prestativos. As pizzas tem preço fixo, na casa dos 80, mas pelo menos a qualidade da pizza justifica. Duro é pagar caro numa pizza ruim. Única sugestão é que poderia entregar em custos na região. No mais é de longe a minha preferida do bairro.
Best pizza in the region by far. Very nice and pleasant atmosphere. Despite having some new waiters, others are experienced and super helpful. The pizzas have a fixed price, in the 80's, but at least the quality of the pizza justifies it. It's hard to pay dearly for a bad pizza. Only suggestion is that it could deliver at costs in the region. It is by far my favorite in the neighborhood.

Contam com uma carta de vinhos com rótulos muito bons, a pesar de que o que eu pedi não havia mais na casa, porém me trouxeram duas opções bem bacanas que eu já conhecia entre Suzana Balbo e Angélica Zapata. Possuem também serviço de rolha. A comida estava muito boa e o preço dentro do esperado. O atendimento foi muito bom e atendem a todas as normas de saúde (COVID). Banheiro limpo e amplo.

They have a wine list with very good labels, despite the fact that what I ordered was no longer in the house, but they brought me two very nice options that I already knew between Suzana Balbo and Angélica Zapata. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Os pratos vieram todos engordurados, mal lavados e com cheiro de gordura. A parte de baixo do prato parecia que tinha escorrido azeite de tão suja. Chegou a sujar a mesa. Não manchou a toalha porque não tinha toalha, nenhuma proteção para a mesa. Higiene beeem duvidosa. Com certeza os pratos não foram lavados direito. Talheres também sujos. Pedimos para trocar tudo e o garçom claramente apenas passou um pano porque os pratos continuaram engordurados. Poucos funcionários, atendimento lento e bagunçado. Apenas 3 mesas ocupadas e os garçons não davam conta porque eram somente 2 que ficavam se virando para atender as mesas e pegar bebidas no bar (eles mesmo tinham que entrar no bar para pegar as bebidas). Se pelo menos a pizza, que é o principal,fosse boa... Mas nem isso. Não pretendo voltar e não recomendo.
Bad experience. The dishes were all greasy, poorly washed and smelled of grease. The underside of the plate looked like it had run out of oil it was so dirty. It even soiled the table. It didn't stain the tablecloth because there was no tablecloth, no protection for the table. Hygiene questionable. The dishes were definitely not washed properly. Cutlery also dirty. We asked to change everything and the waiter clearly just wiped it because the dishes were still greasy. Few staff, slow and messy service. Only 3 tables were occupied and the waiters couldn't handle it because there were only 2 who kept turning around to serve the tables and get drinks at the bar (they had to go into the bar themselves to get the drinks). If only the pizza, which is the main thing, was good... But not even that. I do not intend to return and do not recommend.

Precisam ainda fazer alguns acertos no que tange à organização do atendimento, mas a pizza é de alta qualidade, os atendentes são atenciosos e o ambiente aconchegante. Além da pizza, tem outros tipos de comida. Vai com certeza fazer sucesso no bairro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensando em comer um Pizza aqui? Então vá com muita paciencia e tempo disponivel. A demora no atendimento é irritante para não dizer insuportável. Além de toda a demora veio pedido errado na mesa, drinks com ingredientes que não fazem parte do mesmo. A Pizza é boa, mas tem pizzarias com serviço e atendimento muito melhor. Mesmo o nosso garçom se esforçando em agilizar o atendimento o problema é de gestão. Há manobrista na porta e a 50m tem estacionamento público (Zona Azul) Resultado final todos que estavam à mesa não pretendem voltar. Uma pena pois o ambiente é bonito e esse o unico ponto positivo.
