★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O constante aspecto de reforma de toda a VGP é um ponto negativo geral, já que de fato não está em reforma, e aliás seria muito bem vinda um revitalização da praça, e dois comércios ao redor criar uma área para comércio fiscalizado de "camelôs" e limpeza da praça já que é possível notar lixo por todo canto, porém é um lugar de extremo potencial, do falta organização.
