★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim o atendimento na portaria, entregar açaí lá é burocrático e difícil, a portaria fica longe da entrada e tem que parar longe pq não tem onde parar... As minhas entregas atrasaram todas... E o cliente reclamou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito humilhada na portaria pra fazer cadastro, me fizeram esperar horas no sol e negaram a minha entrada até eu chamar a moradora pra vir descer... Não quero atender clientes nesse condomínio nunca mais, enquanto não melhorarem a entrada e a educação, pois é muito complicado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gente sente quando não é bem vindo num lugar pelo atendimento das pessoas, não gosto de trabalhar nesse condomínio por diversos motivos, principalmente pq pra fazer qualquer tipo de serviço é uma negação, nos outros condomínios tudo é melhor e diferente, mas este parece um cadeião
We feel when we are not welcome in a place because of people's service, I don't like working in this condominium for several reasons, mainly because to do any type of service is a denial, in other condominiums everything is better and different, but this one seems like a highchair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo na portaria, pedem pra estacionar o carro na rua lá embaixo pra fazer cadastro pra depois voltar pra entrar. As vizinhas ficam na portaria conversando com o porteiro e a fila vai acumulando e atrasando os prestadores de serviço. Os prédios não tem identificação ou marcação do bloco visíveis. Ficam expostas só na parte interna. Não tem estacionamento pra visitantes, os mesmos ficam estacionados nos canteiros na rua. Precisam melhorar no chek - in com câmera e microfone pra facilitar as entregas e cadastro na portaria, por que atrasa e a encomenda pode estragar. A entrada dos carros deveria ser do lado da guarita e não do outro lado, fica difícil o acesso.
Terrible service at the reception, they ask to park the car on the street below to register and then come back to enter. Neighbors are at the reception desk talking to the doorman and the queue builds up and delays service providers. Buildings do not have visible block identification or markings. They are only exposed on the inside. There is no parking for visitors, they are parked in the flowerbeds on the street. They need to improve the chek-in with camera and microphone to facilitate deliveries and registration at the reception, because it is late and the order can spoil. The entrance for cars should be on the side of the guardhouse and not on the other side, access is difficult.
