★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tipica praça em deuso, despovoada, ambiente sombrio e pessimamente planejada, na minha interpretação houve má fé em uma possível permuta com a prefeitura municipal de Fortaleza e a construtora IDIBRA que construiu prédios seccionando e pondo fim ao prolongamento da rua dos manguesais de chegar a av. Antonio Sales, Certamente houve algum tratado ou alinhamento de permisão de contrução do prédio "França" da rua Professro Francisco Gonçalves. OBS apenas um "sentimento" que tenho, posso está sendo injusto, mas que algo de errado possa ter ocorrido, aldo deu errado!!
