Primeiro esse chamado foi feito pelo whatsApp, reponderam que logo retornariam, ou seja responderiam. Passaram dias e nada. Meu marido resolveu ligar, marcaram para hoje as 9:00h. Não apareceram nem deram satisfação.Achei uma falta de respeito com o cliente.

First, this call was made by whatsApp, they replied that they would soon return, that is, they would respond. Days passed and nothing. My husband decided to call, they made an appointment for today at 9:00h. They didn't show up or give satisfaction. I found a lack of respect for the customer.
