Incredible place, you can access it through the Transcarioca trail or through the trail that gives access to Pedra do Telégrafo. It has shadow areas :)

If you like a trail and love the beach, the trail to Praia do Meio is very worthwhile. It is worth mentioning that this beach tends to be more empty than the Perigoso beach. Not to mention that it yields great photos! @hdneves_

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar de esplêndida e intensa conexão com a natureza. Trilha moderada, relativamente longa e com desafios, mas plenamente possível de ser feita até com crianças. Uma verdadeira renovação do corpo e da alma. Pode ser feita de tênis ou chinelo sem grandes dificuldades. Evite ir em dias chuvosos. Não esqueça de guardar e levar seus resíduos com você, e da natureza só se retiram fotos e boas recordações. ?
Place of splendid and intense connection with nature. Moderate trail, relatively long and with challenges, but fully possible to be done even with children. A real renewal of body and soul. It can be made with sneakers or slippers without major difficulties. Avoid going on rainy days. Don't forget to store and take your waste with you, and only photos and good memories are taken from nature. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A praia é vazia e super limpa. Claro que quanto mais as pessoas forem descobrindo vão sujando o local. A trilha é um pouco cansativa, um trajeto precisa descer por uma corda que fica no local. Mas vale a pena o esforço. No dia que fui o tempo estava um pouco nublado mas ainda assim ficou lindo.
The beach is empty and super clean. Of course, as more people discover it, they will dirty the place. The trail is a little tiring, a path needs to go down a rope that is in place. But it's worth the effort. The day I went the weather was a little cloudy but it was still beautiful.
