Vale muito a pena imóvel na região. Recomendo.
Excellent real estate agent, Rafael does a great service and the properties within the developments in Guaratuba and Costa do Sol are of excellent quality in terms of safety, excellent sandy beach and regular waves that offer no danger, with great sand surface, both corners with mouths of rivers that embrace the beach.
