★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do local, simples e aconchegante.. Vc se sente em casa! Proximo ao.centro.. Perto de tudo.. E o sr Arthur, muito educado e nos ajudou em tudo! Até com o carro q quebrou, ele nos ajudou!!
La vc pode usar a cozinha, lavanderia etc
..da pr ficar vários dias..
 I really liked the place, simple and cozy .. You feel at home! Next to the center .. Close to everything .. And Mr. Arthur, very polite and helped us with everything! Even with the car that broke, he helped us !!
There you can use the kitchen, laundry etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O proprietário é muito atencioso, passou muitas informações, nos atendeu muito gentilmente, porém o quarto que ficamos não era dos melhores, apesar de amplo e que atendeu toda a minha família (5 pessoas), mal conservado, encontramos baratas e o cheiro era desagradável. Não tinha ar condicionado, somente um ventilador antigo. Para quem está só de passagem e não quer gastar muito, atende uma emergência.
The owner is very attentive, gave us a lot of information, served us very kindly, but the room we stayed in was not the best, despite being large and that served my whole family (5 people), poorly maintained, we found cockroaches and the smell was unpleasant . It had no air conditioning, just an old fan. For those who are just passing through and don't want to spend a lot, attend an emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Praieiro Hostel Art é um lugar muito aconchegante, bem familiar e tradicional! Acolhe bem desde um mochileiro sozinho, como a grupos de amigos e familiares. O anfitrião (Arthur) está sempre à disposição para prestar informações sobre a cidade, passeios, locomoção, alimentação, tudo o que o turista precisar saber. Ele é aberto ao diálogo e simpático, gosta de conversar. A localização do hostel é muito boa, bem estratégica, próxima ao centro, ao terminal de vans/ônibus (umas duas quadras da casa, dá pra ir andando) que interliga a outros pontos da cidade, como também a praias, cidades vizinhas como Ilha Grande, Luís Correia... Você pode ir pagando baratinho (R$2,40, R$3,00 ou R$5,00, depende do destino) à Praia Pedra do Sal, Praia do Coqueiro em Luís Correia, Porto dos Tatus (porta de entrada para o passeio no Delta do Parnaíba), à rodoviária e a qualquer destino que desejar. Gostei muito dessa facilidade, pois é mais econômico se locomover por transporte público que por app de viagens. Ainda dá pra ir a pé conhecer algumas praças próximas do Praieiro Hostel Art, como a da Graça, da Mulher do Pote, da Santa Casa da Misericórdia, etc... O bairro de dia é movimentado e aparenta ser tranquilo, dá pra andar sem ser incomodado. Pouco andei a pé a noite, achei preferível usar Ubiz Car, um aplicativo muito usado na cidade, pois os valores não são altos e você chega mais rápido e mais seguro ao seu destino. Não é aconselhável usar Uber, pois quase não há motoristas para esse App e também os que aceitam a corrida costumam cobrar um dinheiro extra, além do que já se paga. Na próxima viagem a Parnaíba já sei onde ficar novamente. Foi muito boa a experiência, pois ainda fiz amizade com outros hóspedes e que espero levar pra vida ??
Praieiro Hostel Art is a very cozy place, very familiar and traditional! It welcomes you from a backpacker alone, as well as groups of friends and family. The host (Arthur) is always available to provide information about the city, tours, transportation, food, everything the tourist needs to know. He is open to dialogue and friendly, likes to talk. The hostel's location is very good, very strategic, close to the center, to the van/bus terminal (about two blocks from the house, you can walk) that connects to other parts of the city, as well as beaches, neighboring cities such as Ilha Grande, Luís Correia... You can pay cheaply (R$2.40, R$3.00 or R$5.00, depending on the destination) to Praia Pedra do Sal, Praia do Coqueiro in Luís Correia, Porto dos Tatus (door entry for the tour in the Delta do Parnaíba), to the bus station and to any destination you wish. I really liked this facility, as it is more economical to get around by public transport than by travel app. You can still walk to visit some squares near Praieiro Hostel Art, such as Graça, Mulher do Pote, Santa Casa da Misericórdia, etc... The neighborhood is busy during the day and appears to be quiet, you can walk without be bothered. I barely walked at night, I thought it was preferable to use Ubiz Car, an application very used in the city, as the prices are not high and you arrive faster and safer at your destination. It is not advisable to use Uber, as there are almost no drivers for this App and also those who accept the race usually charge extra money, in addition to what is already paid. On the next trip to Parnaíba I already know where to stay again. It was a very good experience, as I also made friends with other guests and that I hope to take to life ??

A casa pode ser utilizada a cozinha tem diversos utensílios domésticos quarto com banheiros e casa tem garagem
