Meu esposo comprou duas alianças , sendo que umas delas é com zirconia perguntei a vendedora se era resistente as pedras pois fui informada que as pedrarias não tinha garantia , a mesma informou que sim era bem resistente ,então , compramos com 4 dias de uso uma das pedras caiu voltei a loja para reclamar da qualidade do produtos ,pois tenho várias peças de prata e nunca aconteceu isso . A vendedora veio logo falando que isso tinha ocorrido por causa que estava amassada , questionei da qualidade entao do produto pq nao tinha como eu ter amassado pois nesses 4 dias não lavei nem os pratos com alianca , e que se foi amassada já foi da loja pq a peça foi do mostruário, então ela falou que iria ficar para analise e deram um prazo de 15 dias. Falei que estou a Natal a trabalho e que retornaria a minha cidade na segunda então falaram que iriam pedir urgência. No outro dia a gerente ligou falando que eles colocaria a pedra e que enviaram ao meu endereço e que eu teria que pagar o frete , perguntei o pq de não entregarem logo , a mesma falou que eles não viram como urgência , pois não era defeito de fabricação , fiquei indignada com isso e que qualidade é essa , pois minha esposa é do lar estar a passeio em Natal , não faz nada em casa e como amassar uma aliança...
I do not recommend my experience was terrible. My husband bought two rings , one of them with zirconia . I asked the seller if it was resistant to the stones because I was informed that the gemstones had no warranty , she informed that it was very resistant , so we bought one of the stones fell I went back to the store to complain about the quality of the products, because I have several silver pieces and that never happened. The seller came right away saying that this had happened because it was dented , I questioned the quality of the product then because there was no way I could have dented it because in those 4 days I did not even wash the dishes with a ring , and if it was dented it was already from the store because the piece was from the showcase, so she said she would stay for analysis and they gave it a period of 15 days. I said that I'm in Natal for work and that I would return to my city on Monday, so they said they would ask for urgency. The other day the manager called saying that they would put the stone and that they sent it to my address and that I would have to pay the shipping , I asked why they did not deliver it soon , she said that they did not see it as an emergency , as it was not a defect manufacturing , I was indignant with this and what quality is this , because my wife is from home to be out in Natal , she does nothing at home and like kneading a wedding ring...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variedade grande em peças pra quem gosta de usar prata. Só não indico peças banhadas a ouro. Tive experiência negativa com um anel de formatura (dinheiro jogado fora).
Great variety in pieces for those who like to wear silver. I just don't recommend gold plated pieces. I had a negative experience with a graduation ring (wasted money).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como eu já vi aqui em outros comentários, o pós venda é HORRÍVEL! Pra vender o produto, são super atenciosas e gentis, quando você volta pra fazer reclamação pq uma peça deu problema você é super mal tratada, mal olham na sua cara, te esnobam COMPLETAMENTE! Enfim, não recomendo.
As I've seen here in other reviews, the aftermarket is HORRIBLE! To sell the product, they are super thoughtful and kind, when you come back to complain because a part has given you a problem, you are very badly treated, they barely look you in the face, they COMPLETELY snub you! Anyway, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um escapulário e na primeira vez que usei a peça ficou muito escura, voltei na loja e disseram que a culpa era do meu suor.....já tive outro de uma loja concorrente que não tirava do pescoço e nunca aconteceu isso, enfim as peças de lá não são de boa qualidade.
I bought a scapular and the first time I used the piece it was very dark, I went back to the store and they said it was my sweat..... the parts there are not of good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendem o Produto com menos de uma semana escurece,quando retornei para encontrar uma solução fui mal atendida e a resposta que logrei foi a seguinte compre um produto que temos e custa R$: 24.00 ( Vinte e quatro reais), assim,esta maravilhoso pra os donos da loja.
Vou acionar a Justiça,afinal qualquer peça lá é na média mínima de cento e poucos reais.
OBSERVAÇÃO: Sou Cliente antiga,desde a época de um excelente funcionário o Bernardo!
A atendente de ontem,tratou_me com tamanha Falta de Ética e Respeito.
Avisei que ia por na justiça a mesma de forma irônica,disse : Pode ir.
