★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi um atendimento muito bom. Fiz na minha casa e deu tudo certo. Hoje estou aguardando instalação do carpete há 5 horas e ninguém apareceu. Instalador à caminho desde as 14:00h.
It was a very good service. I did it at my house and it all worked out. Today I have been waiting for carpet installation for 5 hours and no one showed up. Installer on the way from 14:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa entregou um serviço de péssima qualidade, além de deixar o imóvel sujo e as embalagens de seus produtos espalhados pelo apartamento. Solicitei que voltassem para resolver as questões de acabamento (rodapé não foi instalado em meia esquadria, soleiras quebradas e emendas de rodapé de tons diferentes e com grandes juntas). Para minha surpresa, quando retornaram ao local para executar o serviço (após 3 técnicos irem ao apartamente e não realizarem o serviço, cada vez com uma desculpa diferente), fizeram um serviço ainda pior, utilizaram peças em péssimo estado, além de estragarem as paredes e os forros do apartamento.
Ao entrar em contato com a empresa para entender o ocorrido, disseram que os danos foram causados pelos pintores (que não entraram mais no apartamento após a execução do serviço da Pratic Decor). Tentei entrar em contato com o responsável pela loja para resolvermos a situação de forma “amigável”, porém ele nunca esta disponível para contato. Não aconselho ninguém fechar nenhum serviço com essa empresa, porém, caso resolva fechar mesmo assim, aconselho a fazer o mesmo que fiz: sempre tirar fotos do antes e depois para que seja possível ir atrás dos seus direitos e do prejuízo que eles causam.
Infelizmente não é possível colocar aqui a foto dos serviços que eles entregam.
The company delivered a poor quality service, in addition to leaving the property dirty and the packaging of its products scattered around the apartment. I asked them to come back to solve the finishing issues (baseboard was not installed in miter, broken sills and baseboard splices of different shades and with large joints). To my surprise, when they returned to the site to perform the service (after 3 technicians went to the apartment and did not perform the service, each time with a different excuse), they did an even worse job, used parts in poor condition, in addition to damaging the walls and the lining of the apartment.
When contacting the company to understand what happened, they said that the damage was caused by the painters (who did not enter the apartment after the Pratic Decor service was performed). I tried to contact the person in charge of the store to resolve the situation in a "friendly" way, but he is never available for contact. I do not advise anyone to close any service with this company, however, if they decide to close anyway, I advise to do the same as I did: always take pictures of before and after so that it is possible to go after your rights and the damage they cause.
Unfortunately it is not possible to put here the photo of the services they deliver.
